As a patient seeing a psychiatrist for the first time, my experience with Dr. Del Rosario was horrible. I have been struggling in life for quite sometime, but has also been in denial having something wrong with me. When I finally had the courage to talk about my problems with my GP, he referred me to this Dr. -_____-. I walked into the office, the staff was horrible, did not even inform me if I had to do a co-pay or not, until I asked. Also, they did not seem as welcoming compared to other Dr. offices. Dr. Del Rosario was not personable at all!! No sign of compassion with this Dr. I felt like I was being treated like a child, and asked to call my parents! He asked me "so what do you want me to do ??? what do you want?? " :O I asked him what he can do to help me.... but by the look on his face, I knew he was not the Dr. for me. He seems like the type of Dr. that hates his job!!
I was not treated nor diagnosed. He just walked me out and told my mom to call him back to complete the evaluation...
The office staff is rude and horrible at re-laying the message to the doctor. The doctor is horrible at follow ups. To this day.... I am still looking for another dr.
He took my money and time for nothing!!

Don't bother wasting your time. I wish I read these reviews before ever seeing this dr.

Sitting in the waiting room w/ my grandson when 2 patients get into a very heated argument. The patient who was being attacked when up to the desk to ask for help. The doctor (Del Rosario) yelled at the patient asking for help and said "what do you expect me to do?". Not only did he not care about the safety of the ppl involved, but the safety of the people (and children) in the office. I should have reported him! Now I found out my daughter was assigned to him (who also works at the state of Nevada mental health for 6 figures). I don't understand? Does anyone review the employees of the state for mental health issues? He accused my schiozphrenic daughter of being on drugs. She also has leisons on her brain from MS. NEVER has she ever come up dirty on a drug test- and she didn't when he tested her. I understand checking from drugs (with a new doctor) but they way he spoke to her was horrible. DIdnt even walk her out of the office at the state, which other docs do. I guess he was too lazy!!! This man is a joke!!!!!!

The Doctor doesn't care about his patients needs once they leave his office. He refused to speak to pt's over the phone nor does he have his staff respond for him for important pt issues. The office staff is extremely unprofessional and do not care the impression they leave on the pt nor do they respond to pt's needs in a timely manner if they do at all. The office manager will not to speak to patients either. The office is barely open and if it is inconvient for them, they will not turn their phone system on which makes it impossible to get ahold of the office staff. When you call you are also on hold for a average of 10-30 minutes every single time.
