This doctor has proved my belief that Altru always hires the best doctors. He has been a God send to my son. I took him to this doctor with recurrent head aches, and he after carefully listening to myself and after talking to my son privately has diagnosed that he has depression. He has given him the medication which has worked wonders!! My son has improved dramatically , he is always cheerfu now, head aches are gone, and started doing good in the school again. This doctor has been really a very very good doctor. He speaks very good English for an Indian. He has in fact has advised me on my personal life too and that helped too!. Very grateful to Altru.. and to this doctor

I have a wonderful experience with this doctor. He is a good doctor and very nice human. He has been kind to myself and my kids every time we visited him. He has diagnosed my child with Tuberculosis and started him the treatment and my child has started gaining weight right away. I am really impressed with his manners and respect he gives to the parents. He greets me with Salaam, even though he is from a different religion. I am so impressed i took all my other children to him and he has suggested all the vaccines they were missing over the years. I have recommended him to all my friends and they come back with good experiences. I pray God that he gives doctor long life and good health

My newborn son developed several purple lumps all over his body. After baffling three doctors, we were referred to Dr. Yangalasetty. This man knows NOTHING about basic infant care. He insists that a baby who cries must be hungry. The doctor left the room so my wife could feed my son, who promptly spit up from the milk he didn't want.

Here's what really matters though. He examined the lumps and determined, without any tests and after admitting he had no idea what they were, that they were "definitely not malignant."

He said he had never seen something like this before and would go ask the head of pediatrics, Dr. Vanlooey, for his thoughts. In the case that Dr. Vanlooey couldn't make heads or tails of the lumps we would "just call it good."

Yeah. These are words coming from a DOCTOR. A child has a strange array of lumpy spots, which no other doctor can identify and are growing in number every day, and he wants to "call it good."

As you've probably guessed by now, it wasn't "good." My infant son was finally properly diagnosed by one Dr. Muus by completing a skin biopsy and sending it to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He has a rare form of cancer, AML. Acute Myelogenous Leukemia.

That was seven months ago and, in the care of competent caregivers in Rochester, has beaten his cancer and will go on to live a full life.

If it were up to Dr. Yangalasetty, however; by the time he could connect the telltale dots of cancer, it would have been too late for my baby boy.
