I am so disgusted with this place. I ordered 2 new pair of eyeglasses (for my son) along with the protection plan. Well over the year both pair were broken and I placed an order to replace these at no cost since I did purchase the protection. Here it is 6 weeks later (much longer than the 7-10 days wait expected) and I still have no glasses for my son. After the 10th day I began calling approx 2 times. I was initially told approx 2 weeks after placing the order that there was no record of my order. They later found the record about week 3 and said the glasses were just ordered a few days ago. Ever since then I have been told that they were ordered and the order was shipped. Again 6 weeks later and no shipment has arrived. I am thoroughly disappointed. I went there to save money but I gained a terrible experience and loss of time, money, and product. I will choose to do business elsewhere as this is WORST facility I have encountered.

This year I decided to write a review. Just left this location. I don't understand the name of this business. They are certainly not the BEST at anything, not service, not selection, not price! This was our second visit following the initial contact and eyeglass exam. My fiance wanted to buy glasses and contacts on this visit. PRICE: Trust, they willl find a way to charge you more than the advertised complete eyeglass special. SELECTION: You may see lots of glasses in their center but upon a closer look, many frames looked too similar or they were identical. They had no contact lenses in stock. SERVICE: Only 1 of 4 staff members we encountered spoke and/or behaved professionally. One optician was texting on his cell while working with a patient. Another was asking my fiance personal questions about his bracelet. Another, 'Molly' is where we had the biggest problem. She attempted to double charge my fiance for an exam he paid for on a prior visit. She also attempted to charge him well over $100 to order contact lenses prior to a fitting. Upon asking her for clarification, she could not clearly explain their complicated process. We later learned it would take up to 2 additional visits to get the contacts. Molly was clearly agitated, rude and walked away with our paperwork left behind. We had to wait around for someone to be free before requesting a manager. We promptly explained our experience and requested the # to the corporate office to file a complaint. Funny, the manager didn't even apologize. He instead agreed with us saying Molly knows the process and should have explained, but he did give us a card with a number to call. In the end, we left with no contacts or glasses.They would not give us the prescription to take elswhere and this was already our second visit! What a major waste of time and a horrible way to take advantage of the uninsured. I would give them ZERO stars but the citysearch rating system won't allow it.

I have had 3 exams here and no complaints. They spend all the time and attention I need. They caught an error in my precription from Lens Crafters that was killing me at work. They used to have a limited selection of cool frames but that's improved. I wish they weren't in the mall as I don't like malls personally.

Thinking it would be convenient, I booked an appt. online..showed up to the appt, and the place was packed. I signed in..started to look around at frames...waited and waited. I asked the lady at the desk about my appointment and she said there were 2 people ahead of me, have a seat in the back. I went and sat down for 1/2 hour (amongst about 7 other couples). Finally, someone came back and checked on everyone at the back. I stated that I was waiting for an appointment, and she asked if I had filled out the paperwork. I was never told about any paperwork. She then wanted me to start doing paperwork, 1/2 hour after my scheduled appointment time. I left. I will not go back.

This was the worst service I have ever received. The eye exam lasted about 3 minutes. The doctor was not very friendly or helpful. They did not have a good selection of glasses. I would not recommend this to anyone.
