Horrible experience. The receptionist was very rude when we got there and the staff was also unpleasant. It's been over a month and I still haven't received my glasses! They gave me the wrong tracking number 3 times and tried telling

I received nothing less then top notch service! It was such a mystical, magical experience. The butler greets you right as you walk in. He offers you a glass of cold kool aid in a sippy cup to avoid spills. As you are seated in the waiting

One of the worse experiences buying glasses in a long time. Daughters prescription made wrong twice. When waiting for glasses third time no call when they arrived. Also virtually no tinting in sunglasses. Go somewhere else to buy your glasses.

This was my first time at this place as they covered me with my new insurance. They didn't seem to lack employees as there were many just walking around, but they were very SLOW & UNORGANIZED. You know something is fishy when they have to say ""America's Best"" in the name of their company. I waited in line for about 10 minutes just to talk to someone at the front desk. I then spent about 1 min filling out paper work. And then waited for another 30 minutes in the waiting room. After a total of about 40 minutes I just walked out. EVERY other place I have gone, they called me in within 5-10 minutes. The place seemed to be well kept but when I go in (even a few minutes before my apt time) I don't expect to wait that long. I don't have all the time in the day like all the unemployed patients sitting next to me- on a side note, the patients were quite odd. Some goth teen & father were talking way loud- quote from boy to some other patient-""I slept with my dog in his doghouse and left my glasses there all winter"" EWWW. And then some nasty hacking grandma/mom (looked like she was from the hoarders show) was talking about her bald spots and hair not growing anymore, about forgetting to take her meds for her fingernails, and how she cut her toenails last night, and that she can't wait to eat some pizza for dinner. Just a bunch of riffraff mixed with slow service=going somewhere else.

My family and I have been going to this location of America's Best for 20 years. I have been very satisfied with their service, professionalism, and pricing. Once I had a pair of glasses based on prescription I got there that wasn't strong enough--they gave me another exam and replace the glasses at no charge. Another time I had a contact stuck in my eye; the doctor took good care of me on very short notice.

Pros: customer service, friendly, professional
Cons: sometimes have to wait longer than expected
I made an appointment at 10:30 am expecting to have a quick eye exam. I arrived on time, waited 45 min for service, then I walked out. Not only that, but the employees weren't doing anything. There were two in the back chatting about their weekend and another just wandering around. It was a total waste of my morning in a crowded, unhappy waiting room. I don't know how businesses like this can stay in business.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Service, selection, well, everything...
I already have glasses, but they are 3 years old and the job I have now, I can't wear glasses. So I went in to get an eye exam and they hurried me through the exam. The doc told me I have perfect 20/20 vision even though I have been to 4 other doctors that have stated I need glasses/contacts and have 20/25 vision. He told me if I could read the 2nd line that, I have 20/20, I could barley read it. I told him that I have glasses and needed contact for my new job. He told me that the doctor that gave me the glasses, must have given me the wrong prescription. The doc was unprofessional and it seemed like they just wanted me to pay and leave. They didn't give me my prescription with my receipt so I had to go back in and asked for it. One of the staff members there was really sweet though, she is the one that gave me my prescription. If you choose to go their go with caution. Good luck.\r

I have just went to a new doctor in Salt lake, Wasatch Vision Clinic and Dr. Bateman has now has me wearing contacts that I can see in. It is so nice to have a doctor I can trust and respect. He also confirmed that I do not have 20/20 vision.\r
