It hurts me a lot to leave this review because I was his patient for 2 1/2 years and I had grown to trust him as my family doctor until a few months ago when things started to change with him. He used to be very friendly and caring, but turned into someone who became abrupt, withdrawn, and he started to constantly interrupt me to the point where I could no longer get my whole story out to him. I began getting anxious and frustrated just waiting to see him the last couple of months because I knew what was coming. He would have to ask me what medications I was taking (even though they pretty much stayed the same) like he has memory issues or something and then he would want me to go to another specialist I could not afford to go see (nor did I have any desire to see the psychiatrist he tried shoving down my throat before listening to me when I tried to tell him I was too traumatized by those docs and won't see them for anything). It doesn't seem like anything is in his area of "expertise" anymore. Me and my family have had to live on one meal a day to pay for all the medical bills from all the referrals, RXs, etc. I'm sick and tired of starving just to meet the demands of a doctor who is angry that I took my son to a pediatrician where he belongs since he's special needs. After he stood up for his tirade about how I took my son to another doctor, he then sat back down in his seat and said he was terminating OUR relationship. I have since found another doctor, and I am waiting to see her, but she is not of the western medicine sort. He has scarred me to the point of not wanting to hardly touch western medicine doctors for as long as I live. I was already very distrusting of doctors to begin with. I will see my one other doctor, and that's it. If you choose to go here, BEWARE...you are NOT the "empowered patient" they advertise. Whatever happened to a doctor being a community's best friend and having an open ear? Why are doctors now put on some pedestal like they're above anyone else? No wonder health care is in such a crisis. It just breaks my heart ;(
