i had my first daughter naturally and Dr. Walker was not only able to keep me calm but also my mother. When i had my second daughter by c-section she made me and my husband feel at ease. there were complications both times after births and she walked me through everything and was extremely good at explaining what was going on at all times.

I had a horrific experience with the staff of this office. Particularly a Brittany, which I found, there were 3 of them. My daughter had to reschedule for an urgent visit. Because she did not have the medical card on her at check in, she asked me for the number. It was provided to the receptionist. The card did not have group number. My type of insurance does not have one. This was explained. Brittany advised my daughter, who was in pain and experiencing other serious problems, that she would not seen unless the group number was provided. I got the fax number and forwarded front and back. No group number. Poor poor service. Who do these people think they are instructing refusal of medical service because of no group number on a BCBS members card. End result my daughter had a serious problem. All they did was send her to Lab Corp for some scans. No instructions were given for her when she got home. I plan to complain to the state medical officials on this matter. I wouldn't take my dog back to this place.
