Dr. Angela Leung keeps in touch with me after dental surgery via text email. She is accessible to you as a patient anytime via text. If I have a problem she is always available to either resolve the problem over the phone until I can come into the office to have her fix the problem. She advocates saving and restoring teeth rather than removing them. She explains the dental problem, offers you a choice, and patiently answers your questions so that you can make an informed decision.

Dr. Leung is straight forward in stating what the problem is and the options open to the patient. She is willing to listen and accept the patients needs, a relaxant before the procedure, pain medication after, and is sincerely friendly...L.M.W.

It's hard to rate anything 'excellent' that was so painful. But I had the best possible experience at Dr. Leung's office. The receptionist was very nice and efficient, and they were very pleasant on the phone. Dr. Leung is extremely personable, perfectly direct, and compassionate (although I am not an easy patient).

Right before calling for a dental appointment at Dr. Leung's, I checked for reviews about her practice.

I seem to recall a review about a person calling their office and being told they accept the person's insurance, then in the end jipping that person, not accepting their insurance at all.

Well, when I called the office, I was armed with this information, and I specifically asked if they took mine. The woman said yes, and so I went.

One of the first things I asked the receptionist was how much the first visit appointment would cost, minus my insurance, since I chipped a tooth. She said that they don't take that insurance coverage, and that it will be $185 for a visit and 1 xray of 1 tooth. This is sounding familiarly like a habit with these people, right?

Well, I traveled all the way to their office, 30+ minutes from my house, so I figured, oh well, maybe I should just have it done. All the while, the receptionist was shoving this 4 page form to me, showing me the fine print, of all work that will be done on me has to get paid immediately, in CASH!

Right, I'm losing it here. Then, the other person who apparently took my call buts into the conversation saying she doesn't recall me mentioning my insurance. I said absolutely not, I was very careful to mention it in the first place. She just said oh well, "I just meant that I don't recall it being mentioned."

A lot of help that does me. These people have no respect for people's time. They like playing games. Are they that desperate for clients to pull the old bait and switch? I left saying no thanks. Very frustrating.

I suppose I should consult reviews for a really honest company instead. This is completely ridiculous.

Dr. Leung is the best endodontist that I have been to. I found out later that she is a very well-known and extremely popular endodontist in town, so I feel extremely fortunate to have her as my endodontist. As famous as she is, she is very down to earth and friendly towards me. All I can say is I was extremely impressed with her! Besides being beautiful (she really should me a movie star and not a dentist), she is kind, professional, humorous, and really easy going. She saw me right away when I said that I was in pain. She has a very high tech office, and the office decor looks beautiful! She has digitial x-rays that you can see instantly on the monitor. One look at the x-ray, and she was able to diagnose the problem. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me. After I was completely comfortable with the explanation, she proceeded to treat the tooth. I did not feel a thing during the whole procedure, and I did not have any pain afterwards. The cost is reasonable, in fact, better than the other endodontists that I have visited. My regular dentist is extremely impressed with her work. He kept looking at my x-rays and said how perfect the root canal looks. I can't read the x-rays, but I know that my experience with her is nothing but positive! If you are looking for a good root canal specialist, I don't think that you can find a better one than her!! By the way, her office is easy to get to, and there is plenty of free parking in Stonestown.

I was referred to Doctor Angela Leung by my regular dentist. The first thing that I found very convenient was the parking garage that had plenty of handicapped and regular parking available.

I was treated to a very relaxing atmosphere, a courteous and knowable staff that explained the procedure and the cost. Being a cash patient, I was pleased that they were able to work with me and split my payment into two separate payments. I was quite surprised that my first visit only took about an hour and I felt vary little pain. My final visit went smoother than the first and I am extremely satisfied with the results.

I have had root canals done in the past, by other endodontists and can honestly say that my experience at Doctor Leung?s was the best. I am pleased to say that she is now my endodontist of choice and I will highly recommend Doctor Leung to my family and friends.

Pros: Doctor and Staff !!

Cons: Office is kinda small.

I had a great experience. I don't remember smelling food, but office workers to need to be fed now and then. The Dr. was very friendly, I experienced no pain, and the procedure (root canal) was under and hour. Everyone was very nice to me. My insurance covered $1,000, and I was billed $300. I will definetly go to Dr. Leung again. Maybe she charges more if you're a biatch. Hmmm.

THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!

After my dentist?s recommendations of endodontists who honestly informed me were not within my insurance network; not wanting a steep bill, I looked for others. Dr. Leung's receptionist elucidated their office is within network and urged me to come in. Upon reviewing my insurance card, no mention of A SINGLE thing in regards to not being contracted with my insurance.

For my second visit, I made arrangements to go during my break. Waited 25 minutes in tiny office which progressively smelled like food. Asked the receptionist how much more of a wait; she responds with a grotesque attitude that it?s my fault as I was five minutes late and storms out?! It turns out they were eating while I waited patiently!
Now my $1400 bill(after insurance), for one tooth, and the procedure had to be completed by my dentist. I repeatedly asked to speak with her directly to clarify. Instead of a simple call (receptionist slammed the phone in midst of my conversation more than once), she sends a letter which doesn?t address any of my issues.

If you want to avoid a headache, go to an office which values customer satisfaction, honesty, and integrity.
