I gave several chances to Dr. Richmond. My girls continued to have ear infections. So, I continued to take them to her. She gave them both penicillin. My oldest began to break out in hives. Not just small hives in a few places. Hives that covered her body from head to toe. She was miserable. I was giving her allergy medicine for two days before I took her in. Dr. R. just said to continue to do that (even though they were only getting worse). We ended up having to pay an ER bill on top of all the co-pays in her office due to her mouth and eyes swelling up. Ive called the office on two occassions just to get some answers from the nurse. Both times she called me back three to four days later. I do not recommend this doctor or really anyone else in Skaggs.
