Dr Ann Snayder or the Nurse didn't spend an appropriate amount of time with me. I always have to wait a lot before I see the Nurse or Dr. Snyder. The medical staff never help me to understand my medical condition. The physician or Nurse never listen or answer my questions. Office staff are not friendly. I do not recommed Dr. Ann Snyder to my family and friends. I am looking for a new Dr. I cannot waste my time and money with the nurses and Dr. Snyder They are not professional enough. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I absolutely love doctor snyder. She has been my doctor for 11 years. Dr. Snyder will never treat you for something she thinks a specialist should handle. Unlike a lot of family doctors she does NOT have a huge ego!!! So, if anyone rated her anything but superior there is something wrong with you. She and her nurse Tanya are the best!!!!

I did write a bad review. They have told me they will do everything they can to correct the issues. I will go back and see them again. I will give them another chance.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hopkins for about three years as well as the rest of my family. I have never had any problems with rudeness with her staff and they always return my calls promptly. She is very nice and pleasant and always explains tests and procedures completely. She diagnosed my husband's diabetes and suggested a cardiac workup for him, which we did. I think she is a great doctor and I will continue to see her and her Nurse Practitioners.

Dr. Hopkins appears to be very intelligent but lacks some basic skills in dealing with her patients. I was having a medical problem and did not understand the scope of it. She had sent me to a specialist who did not explain to me the scope of the problem. As it worsened, I called Dr. Hopkins for an appt but she refused to see me that week. I was really quite stunned. When I said that I had called the previous week for an appt the person on the phone said that I had not but she did check and had to admit that I called. The doctor that she sent me to referred me to physical therapy in Sherman... which is quite a distance from McKinney. As well, when he spoke to me about my condition the most he could say was, "Look at the X-Ray"... which is kind of stupid since I am not trained to understand X-Rays. When I finally got a different referral for the physical therapy, the therapist there didn't understand what my problem was. While there, one of his female friends came into the office and he examined her right next to the table that I was on and he was making sexually leading comments about her body. I was quite stunned. I decided to see a different doctor and was so glad I did because my medical condition required surgery and I needed a more experienced doctor. However, Dr. Hopkins refused to see me and refused to give me a new referral for the doctor. I called my medical insurance and they said that I had patient rights and one of them was to choose my own doctor. And the new doctor's office manager told me when I got there that she had never in 15 years had a doctor's office talk to her the way Dr. Hopkins office did... she said in fact, "they have real problems." I think every professional I was in contact with at that time was dismayed at the situation, including one of the doctors who spoke directly to her. Well, it was heart breaking for me. I actually cried when I realized that she was refusing to see me and refusing to talk with me. I had trusted her and had initially liked her very much.

I have been a patient of Doctor Hopkins for over 6 years. The only reason I have failed to change doctors is I thought the process would be difficult and lengthy. I now wish I would have changed a long time ago! The front desk ladies are curt and are never cheerful to see you. On one of my last visits I had an expensive procedure performed on me without my consent or knowledge. After the tests were done I discovered that this treatment is considered experimental and would not be covered by my insurance. After FIVE MONTHS of trying to get it resolved, which included a slew of unreturned phone calls (NOT ONE RETURNED) and rude staff members, my problem was still not resolved. I am paying the bill and changing doctors.

Whenever I call there, she always has an attitude and rude! Never says good bye after a phone call and just hangs up! Especially in a doctors office, first impression must be good, and she ruins it for them!

Dr. Hopkins is personable and seems to care about us when you are in the office. Follow ups do get missed. However when calling in to ask the nurse or nurse practitioner a question - change a prescription from a monthly to a 90-day as an example; the phone voice mail has so many levels you wonder if you will ever get to a person. And you don't, you have to leave a message then they are suppose to call back but don't always. If there was a website where we could email questions, asked for forgotten prescriptions, or even to schedule an appointment that would help.I'm thinking of leaving because of their phone system.

Dr. Hopkins does talk to her patients. You feel almost a sense of personal friend ship. However, we do not go to a Dr. to find a friend.

Dr. Hopkins has forgot to give me persc or samples she said I needed when talking to her. She referred me to another Dr. who is a specilist and she had not sent them my medical recodrds. That was more than 7 mths ago.

She continued to diagnose my husband with acid reflux, knowing that my husband had stopped takin his blood pressure medication she let him walk out of her office and did not give him samples or persc for blood pressure.

He died sudenly of a heart attach.

PROS: Personable, spends time talking to patients
CONS: Forgets to give persc. or samples,

Dr. Hopkins listens to her patients and obviously cares for their well being. Her staff is excellent, especially her nurse Teri. I have been a patient for about three years and she has helped me more than any doctor. (http://www.rhondahopkinsmd.com)
