The doctor is great. I agree with the other reviewers about the lead time to get an appointment and long wait times on your scheduled appointment day. I'm okay with that. But I'm not okay with the staff. They are horrible at both locations. If you ask a simple/innocent question they are all over you and they get very defensive, if not hostile. When it got to the point that I didn't even want to call to make an appointment because I'd have to deal with the staff, I knew it was time to move on. The doctor is excellent, but It's no longer worth it to me to put up with the staff to see the doctor. I will not be returning.

Please do not go to this physician. I beg of you, it is not worth
the emotional harrassment you will get from their staff. After
numerous attempts to get through ( I am a patient, already),
Elena at the front desk will hang up the phone on you before
you can say hello if the switch board is "too busy". Then, you
will be chastised verbally for seeming urgent about your condition if she feels that she is being inconvenienced by your
call. If you do not feel your medication is working, the nurse,
Megan will insult you further by insinuating that you are lying.

Would recommend the doctor to others but tell them to be prepared to wait 2 months for an appointment. Nursing staff has always been excellent. The clerical staff a different evaluation. Will not take a message and tells you to call back after 3 pm if you want to talk to a nurse. Again, the problem is not with the doctor or the nursing staff. Would recommend the MOHS surgery to anyone with basal cell carcinoma (skin cancer).

I only gave 4 stars due to the fact that they are sometimes impossible to get in to see. Might have to wait a month or 2 for an appt. But when you get in they know their stuff and always prescribe what you need and nothing more.

I was seen earlier in the year before a holiday. They were busy and I felt rushed through my appointment. I think they just wanted to end the day and go home. I did not feel anyone paid attention to me. They certainly knew one thing......how to charge! I went elsewhere and had better service and felt like they cared about me.

I have sort of been looking for Dr. Benedetto for about 20 years. I wasn't trying hard because the situation in which I first met him was not a good one.My fathers family will always hold a great deal thanks to Dr. B for the work he did in diagnosing and treating family members with the very rare blood disease he diagnosed and went about treating family members. The disease is Porphia Cutanea Tarda (PCT). Very rare, and quite incurrable. Also it was limited to only members of our family until the Viet Nam war. As it turned out many service men came down with the disease as a result of contact with Agent Orange. He treated everyone including myself with the greatest amount of kindness and respect. My father was certainly one of the hardest hit by the disease. Eventually it contributed greatly to his death at 51. Many of my relatives have adjusted their lifestyles in order to avoid dying too young. My older brother just turned 59 and I am 56. Neither of us appear to be in the greatest of health, I have been totally disabled since 1999, but I don't see my death coming around for a few years yet. We have 2 sisters and one other much younger brother. I can't really say how the disease may or may not be affecting them. There is one other set of facts to look at. My father still has 2 siblings living today. There is an 82 year old sister and a 62 year old brother. They both avoided the inapproriate lifestyle actions which took my father so early (drinking alcohol in unacceptable amounts and consuming anything with a high iron content or anything with an average iron content in even small amounts over a long period of time).I am happy to say that the next generation knows all about the disease and how not to let it take their lives.I give thanks to Dr. Anthony V. Benedetto for all of his honest hard work. His was always a kind man, he was always sincere and of course, honest.
