We happened upon Oasis when we moved to Denver 4 years ago. It was one of the best coincidences of our lives! Dr Scanlan delivered both of our children and has been the primary care giver for the entire family! From the front desk staff to the medical assitants to the Doctors everyone in this practice truly cares about the well being and happiness of everyone they care for! I would reccomend them to anyone I meet! We are sad to be moving out of the area and having to leave their care.

I have had several bad encounters with this place and the most recent was the last straw for me. I had a similar scheduling issue that the other review talks about three months ago. So scheduling is an absolute nightmare. Moving on.. I had a really really bad food born illness that needed attention. I called to see if I should go to the ER or come in to see my doctor. My doctor said I would be fine to wait. So I did. 3 days. When I arrived (wednesday) I wasn't greeted at all by the girl behind the desk. I said Hello and she said "oh hi." I asked if the doctor would need a stool sample from me so she called someone in the back and asked. The person said no, and against my better judgement I went ahead and listened to her. When I finally saw my doctor about an hour after my appointment time, she asked me for a stool sample but since I had just gone I was unable to give her one. SO she decided to go to lunch and told me to leave my sample with the lab. I was there for another half hour trying to do so. By the time I had seen my doctor I had lost 7 pounds in five days. Noone in the office had any sense of urgency whatsoever. I called back on Friday to see if I had any lab results which they didn't have because apparently the lab staff waits until the end of the day to bring the samples to the real lab. It is now Monday (today) and I still have No response from my doctor. I am still unable to move from the toilet and I have lost another four pounds.

I have used this Doctor for 2 years now and have always had something negative happen. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately I feel compelled to write this review. I've been recommended to this physicians office by someone who spoke very highly of the doctors who work there. A few months ago I set out to book an appointment which was not easy for a new patient.

My appointment has been on the calendar for about a month and a half now. I missed a call from the doctors office yesterday so I went to check it this morning - thinking it was an appointment confirmation, being that it was the day before. I was wrong. The message instead told me that the doctor was not available to see me today and that I would need to reschedule.

The person I spoke with on the phone this morning was rude, disinterested and not at all empathetic to my situation. First thing I told her was that I had received the message and that it sounded like I would need to reschedule. She sat in silence until I finally said, "Hello?". To which she replied, "Uh huh". And I said, " So are we rescheduling?" and she said, "Uh huh". Then her response was, "We don't have anything for another 3 weeks."

I explained that this is an appointment I'd been waiting for and need to attend due to job/insurance changes coming for me soon. She confirmed that I would just need to find another doctor then.

Just unfortunate, I have family in town, but called the evening early last night due to my fast for my physical and the AM appointment.

I've come to expect this kind of service from Walmart, but not from a doctor's office in Cherry Creek.
