This dentistry is admirable. Your first visit blows you away and they keep exceeding my expectations after every appointment there after. As for the first review of "high pressure sales", I don't see it that way. While they let you know all the products available, it is an extension of great customer service that is a must in every industry. I value quality products and I appreciate knowing what is out there to improve my dental health. They even great you by name, call to see how you are doing, and are appreciative of your referrals. I love the paraffin wax, t.v. on the celling, headphones, and the orange cream fluoride (its a lot better than most).

After reading the last review I had to leave my opinion! I love Arizona Associates in Dentristy (Ray & Rural)! The staff is friendly and flexible. They are always completely professional and knowledgeable. The 'high pressure sells' spoke of has never been my experience. They do offer products that are a higher quality than you can get elsewhere. As for the sonic toothbrush - they sell it at a discounted price (I love a good deal)!
They are kind and gentle with my children (7 & 9). My children actually prefer them over the 'children's dentist' in our area who is very highly recognized. I would (and do) recommend them to everyone. Going to the dentist isn't something that people generally look forward to, so the extra efforts to make you comfortable is greatly appreciated (paraffin hand wax, blankets, head phones, additional television screens).
The office staff calls with reminders in advance and always discusses with you your 'out-of-pocket costs' prior to any procedure. The fabulous 'thank you gifts' for referrals are an added bonus!
I have never had a bad experience there. I always feel welcome and the staff knows my name (they often remember our previous conversations and will ask about things that are currently happening in my life). I feel more like a friend than just a client.

Arizona Associates in Dentistry (AA Dentistry) located on Ray and Rural used to be my dentist. I had sought out a great buisness and used them. I had referred many family and friends to this dentist.

They have a very well designed office and office interior. The design looks very high class. The service I used to get from this dentist used to be high class as well. I never had any pressures to buy the top of the line toothbrush, and it seemed as if they were only getting better. They soon installed tv's to watch while you are in a sitting position but also had a moniter that you could watch when you were laying down, positioned on the ceiling.

After having quality service for about 3 years and after referring numerous friends and family, they started to pressure sell. I felt a strong pressure to buy the expensive sonic toothbrush, and after I declined, they kept pressuring other products. There was the expensive toothpaste and mouthwash that was I was told I needed. I had asked for them to prescribe it to me, but they wouldn't I think because either I didn't really need it, or because it's not a prescription. Even after declining at one appointment visit the pressure sales continued and continued with each consecutive visit. After each decline I felt as though their attitude towards me changed, as if I was no longer welcome in their office for not buying the expensive toothpaste. While the pressure selling never was done by the dentist, but by the hygenist, the dentists who run the office should have never allowed pressure selling to happen.

This used to be a highly respected office, but because of the high end pressure sales I finally left this buisness for good. Because of their change to pressure sale tactic I would NOT recommend this buisness to anyone.
