This is the absolute worst pediatric office I have ever been to. The receptionists are unfriendly, unsupportive, and down right rude. Patty in particular was the rudest of them all; her phone etiquette should be addressed immediately. Dr Sloane was defensive to all feedback that was provided regarding their office staff. Dr Weinberg although friendly on two occassions rushed our visits. The nurse entered the incorrect weight which could have potentially given my son a high much higher dosage than was warranted for his weight- luckily I confirmed the dosage with the doctor. This same nurse almost gave him the wrong vaccine. I experienced sub-par service with every visit. I would not reccommend this office to my worst enemy.

Please when you read this review reflect on Dr. Weinberg (but he is the owner). Dr Weinberg is a very good and friendly doctor and we enjoyed him as our children's doctor. But as the office grew, and grew, and grew....etc. Getting a routine appt was 3 months out, we once waited in the examining room for over an 1hr. Dr advised us our daughter NEEDED this evasive procedure, only to find out she didnt and the same Dr told another patient the same. I can not recommend this practice to anyone. And hope Dr. Weinberg reads this and contacts some parents that have left the practice. Dont leave it up to an unsociable secretary!!!

They kept me waiting over 45min. The argued with me about needing a referral, having to switch them to be my PC for my daughter and what my copay was. I kept informing them that I didn't need either a referral or to switch docs and that if they were charged I would pay in full. They were annoyed at me when I asked them to look up my policy. They looked it up online and came back to me with the wrong info...demanding that all Aetna was the same. Finally they argreed to call the ins co and they found out I was right! No apology from the rude front desk person. The office was not clean. The sick vs. well area was seperated with glass like the kids were in prision. Very weird overall experience. Not a big waiting room at all, so all the sick kids were on top of each other. Just what an already weakend immune system needs is one more sickness to fight off!
