I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR 3 YEARS AND GETTING YEARLY PAPS THIS YEAR SCHEDULED WENT THEY TOLD ME TO CALL TO GET RESULTS I CALLED THEY SAID THEY DON'T DO PAPS EVERY YEAR NOW IT IS EVERY 3 YEARS BUT DID NOT INFORM ME BEFORE HAND I HAVE BEEN DECEIVED I AM A SINGLE WOMAN IN HER 50s and need a pap every year. they charged me an extra $10 for a dip of urine. nickel and dimed to death

This is a horrible practice. The receptionists put you on hold all the time; they are rude. The doctors rush you in and out; they do not care about you. They do not do all the tests that are necessary, and they do not help with first time pregnancies.

I love love love this practice. I had both of my children with Dr. Fernandez. I moved out of state during my 2nd pregnancy & still continue to see the doctors.
I was always treated great. I felt like a friend not just a number on a chart. I was high risk & they always calmed our fears.
The doctors were very personable. I would recommend this practice 100%.

This is a fantastic practice if you are okay with multiple doctors. Dr. F. discovered my pregnancy induced hypertension and saved mine and my baby's life. I am sorry to read the opinions of the whiners on this page but the long and short of the matter is that these doctors know their area of specialty and consult among each other when they have questions. You get seven doctors for the price of one! With my PIH, the doctors sent me to the hospital when they deemed necessary and consulted specialists where necessary. They set up a plan for regular lab tests and ultrasound tests that would safeguard my baby's development. Visit a "plain vanilla" ob/gyn if you don't like the 1 hour potential waits. But if you want doctors who know their specialty and will back you up in a crisis, this is your practice! My two month old would not be here without them!

I went to this practice for two years, throughout one pregnancy and postpartum care.

PROS:
-A lot of doctors so if you don't like one of them you can stick to the others.
-Doctors know what they're doing -- I ended up with a csection and they did a great job on my incision. I also ended up needing a bartholin cyst removed surgically. Another doctor did it and she did a great job too.
-Some of the nurses are awesome.
-Conservative treatment, meaning they tend to err on the side of caution.
-I never had an issue with wait times.

CONS:
-You are shuttled in and out. I always felt I had to only pick three things I wanted to ask them about as they were trying to hurry you. Sometimes I'd be asking questions as they were walking out the door.
-Trying to get your records is ridiculous. I was pregnant again and moving out of state so I went in person and filled out a form for my records before I left. It's been 5 months and I still haven't received them!. Plus, they charge you $1 per page. Rip off.
-Sometimes the nurse line worked well. Other times, it would take a day or two, sometimes repeat calls, to get a response. Never to anything emergency related for me though -- just to find out test results etc.

So, if you're looking for a doctor who knows you personally and has a personal relationship with you, this is not the practice for you. However, if you don't care too much about the personal relationship, but want some doctors who are knowledgable in their fields, then you might like this practice.

I used this office for a little over 3 months. They have 6 doctors 3 male 3 female. I only saw my contact doctor ONCE! And she was in and out in less than 5 minutes, acted as if she didnt even care to be there. Didnt ask how I was feeling, or let me know what I should be expecting in the upcoming weeks or anything! This is my first pregnancy I knew nothing what to expect. Thank god for all the books I bought!

Also each time I was there I waited at least a half an hour one time I waited an hour and a half. My doctor was horrible about returning phone calls. One time I called with an emergency and she called me back 3 days later - I just decided to admit myself to the hospital.

This office does not care about the patients, just the money coming in. They overschedule and overbook daily! Its disgusting. You are like a sardine in that office.

Dont worry Im filling out their survey and they will hear all about why I left!

If you want a good dr DONT GO HERE! You will be treated horribly!

I have been going to this practice for 12 years, after the birth of my daughter. I left my original OB to come to this practice and I have been happy ever since. I have NEVER had any issues with any of the drs and they are friendly, helpful and sincere. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

I have been using this practice for over 4 years. Recently I had a baby. The practice was great! Not only during the whole pregancy but for the delivery. I had such great compliments on the incision and recovery from the C-Section. The doctor did an AWESOME job with the incision.

You get to meet all the doctors since you won't know who is delivering your baby. All the doctors are great. Would definitely recommend this practice!!

They are wonderful group. I've been to several obgyn's and I believe that they are the best. They took me in as new patient with an immediate appointment. And thank goodness I saw them. If I hadn't seen them I would not be alive today. They were extremely quick to diagnose and quick to operate to fix the problem. I unfortunately wasted my time with many other doctors in the area. I cannot say enough great things about them. With the experience and knowledge that they have, the wait time is absolutely insignificant. I would much rather wait a little longer and know that I am being seen by the best!

Expect to wait at LEAST one hour and up to 2 for an appt. Expect pedantic, rude doctors who just want to shuttle you in and out. Expect that you will have to update your doctor on your condition since they will not have taken the time to review your file. Expect to wait 3 days for a return phone call from the nurse's line, if you receive one at all. When/if you DO receive a call, expect to made to feel like an idiot/whiner for even calling. Women's CARE Source? Yeah, right.

(1) I got a cold in my 5th month of pregnancy. Although they have 6 drs. on staff and 2 nurse practicioners, they told me to go to my regular doctor for care and then call them back to let me know what the regular doctor prescribed and they would let me know if I would be allowed to take the medicine. (2) They coded the wrong blood type in my file and sent me for a shot that I didn't need, if the hospital didn't retest...scary. I switched doctors in my 8th month and when the new doctor reviewed my chart, they discovered that important tests were not completed and my vital medical information was wrong. The upside is that they offer Lamaze on site and the hospital affiliates (St.Claire's and Morristown Memorial) are awesome. Not recommended in general, but really not recommended if you are a first time mom. Good Luck!

I am switching doctors after only being at this practice for a year. The doctors are very short with patients, ad are unwilling to answers questions, and do not explain anything. Receptionists also have an attitude. Would not recommend to anyone.

Going for my annual pap smear has never been pleasant- but with Nurse Practioner, Sharon, I no longer dread it. This practice is very professional and kind. They do not make patients wait forever in the waiting room and I can even do my annual physical during my lunch hour. I can't say enough good things about them.

I had been seeing one of the OBGYNs in this practice for 3 years as my GYN before I got pregnant. Once pregnant, I spoke with the MD about my desire for a natural, non-medicated birth. She was not particularly receptive or supportive so we switched practices halfway through my pregnancy. Also, you don't know who is actually going to deliver your baby -- it could be one of 5 different MDs (who probably will have spent a total of 5 min. with you before labor and won't have a clue as to what your birth plan it)

Women's Care Source has at least two convenient locations in Denville and Morristown. The doctors and nurse practitioners are gentle, kind, and caring! This doctor's group delivered all three of my children! Recommend to any woman in the area looking for an outstanding OB/GYN practice!
