The facility was nice-- changing rooms were fine with clean showers. Staff is friendly and they always make sure their patients are taken care of, even if the exercises are repetitive. I could probably do a lot of the exercises in any pool, but the one-on-one is great, and it beats a stationary bike at other physical therapy places. The management is kind of rude and after speaking with some other patients we found that they aren't charging everyone the same for each session, no matter your situation. The front desk and owner wanted to barter a price for each session, which felt pretty under-table and wrong. Also I discovered after about 7 visits that they didn't tell me they were out of network with my insurance company, which I believe they are lying about and hiding, since I specifically asked them and they skirted around the answer. Just remember this before you go there-- make sure you are aware of this, because they will NOT tell you. I found that some people are being charged much more than others for the same amount of time. This is wrong that some people with no insurance pay $20 a session and others in the same boat pay $200-or more for the same visit!
Besides the dishonest management and deceitful way they charge, I did benefit from the therapy, but because of the atmosphere and owners if I have to go back I'm going somewhere else.
You can get the same benefit from anywhere else, and avoid getting scammed by the used car salesman-esque owner.

This is a physical therapy center that uses a salt water pool for therapy (no chlorine) which is wonderful. This is a great place. I've had pain in my leg and back for 1 1/2 years from a workout injury and went to several chiropractors, stretching exercises, traction, massage therapists with no results. I've already seen results after 8 sessions here and have no more back pain. They are open on Saturday as well and have an excellent staff.
