Very Helpful, knowledgeable and caring. I will definitely return.
Great group of people:) They bill most insurance and work with you. They also had all the equipment right there. Labs, EKG, X-ray etc were done there.

Mr Jackson was very helpful and explained my newly diagnosed disease very well. I reviewed his treatment online and was right on according to American Diabetes Association.

I have taken my children to see Bennett Jackson on several occasions. Always in the afternoon on a walk in basis. Generally the wait time is not too long and although he comes off as smug he takes care of the issue and send us on our way. Today I took my youngest son into the office due to swollen glands in his neck. After waiting for two hours I simply asked him if this long of a wait is typical in the morning (since I usually do walk ins in the afternoon). Mr. Jackson apparently too offense to this question, which I did not ask in a confrontational manner and told me that if I didn't like it I could leave and proceeded to begin chuckling and smiling, belittling me. I have never been treated so rudely by a medical care provider and decided to leave without my son being examined. I went to the front desk asked if I was going to be billed for this awful visit and the response was, 'possibly'. I will not ever return to this office which I have my family has visited so many times.

This clinic accepts Tri-care and is close to both military bases. It makes it a popular place for those who don't want to wait on hold with Central Appointments and don't mind paying the co-pay of $25. It however, keeps them pretty busy. Walk-in appointments therefore are another story. Be prepared to wait anywhere from 20 minutes to 5 1/2 hours. (Yes, it really took that long.)The staff is primarily Registered Nurse Practitioners and Physician's Assistants, so it is a great place to go when you have minor ailments such as the cold and flu. You should never stop here first if you have a broken bone or a more serious problem such as chest pain - it goes without saying that you should go to an ER first. The staff seems to try pretty hard, but as was pointed out by my husband they need an efficiency expert to come in to streamline their procedures. There is no "hand off" of patients - the provider seems to do every aspect of the care once the vitals are taken until the billing is completed. It slows the process down considerably.Overall the care is good and they certainly serve the neighborhood's needs pretty well.

If you are in need of immediate care, before you stop here, just go to the Emergency room of any hospital. The staff is over worked and not as knowledgeable as you would expect. Most of their treatment has to do with the common cold or flu. Broken bones and other more serious conditions will have to be seen at the hospital anyway, so save your money and just skip here. Rudeness abounds.
