I have bee with Dr. Berrys practice for over 20 years. The staff is warm and welcoming, he spends a lot of time answering questions and concerns. They have the facilities for physical therapy, Ct and MRI scanning, nutritional counseling as well as a psychologist and lab in house. I will never go to another doctor!

I feel like the patients are nothing but numbers and money. The workers are their just for a paycheck and nothing else. If it wasn't for my insurance I wouldn't go there. My first poblem was when I called for a refill. After about a week, I called them because it hadn't been refilled. The nurse got the information and said she would check on it. After two weeks, I called back and the women then told me the office don't do refills, that an appointment has to be made for each refill. That should've been told to me two weeks ago. THANK GOD it wasn't serious. I see Dr. Deyer the NP. He usually has his back and turned or head down when I'm speaking or when he is speaking. This is horrible bedside manner. I went in with back pain. I got an X-Ray and then went in again for results. He told me there wasn't anything to be to concernd about. He referred me to a Urologist. I asked the nurse at Dr. Deyer to check me for Diabetes. She said that the Urology place would do that. SHE WAS WRONG!! They were like no we don't do that here, your doctor does and I don't know why she told you that. I went back because I still had the pain. He ordered an MRI and I went back to hear the results. Turns out I had arthritis, DDD, and herniated disc. I had asked for a copy and he gave me the one from my file. That means when my people call for my disablity there will be no copy of that MRI. The pysical therapy he had me do failed. It now has progressed to affecting my sciatic nerve. I'm in the worse pain ever and now have help with my son. I've cried to Dr. Deyer about not even being able to pick up my son. He continues to give me 7 days worth of pain. I have no insurance at this time so for me to come back every week is $100.00. I work one day a week. I'm angry b/c he knows I'm not faking and truely have back problems, but continues to want MONEY. That is all it is. IHe knows I'm waiting on my insurance then I'm going to have my back surgery. I've wasted time going to ER as well. Ithey are no better. I too had an doctor appointment at 3:00pm. I was to have a physical done. When the nurse got my vitals and such and asked why I was being seen I told her. she said that had to be cancelled because that would take 3 hours and only one doctor was in. I was angry, because I had to get child care for that visit. I still wanted to be seen due to possibly having a UTI. It was 5:00pm and nobody had come to my room yet. I just left. That was totally uncalled for and if there was only one doctor that day. NO walk-ins or overbooking patients should've occured. Plus, one person will tell you something and another something else. Nobody is on the same page there or know what they are doing. I highly suggest that if you want true care to seek it some where else.

The staff here are kind to you on your first couple of visits but then after that they start getting extremely rude. The manager is no different. Even today I went there because it says "walk ins welcome" on there sign out front. The lady who is always at the window wanted me to make an appointment even though I have had heartburn since yesterday morning and I was in pain. (I took a load of tums but that didn't help.)

I must say Dr. Berry is nice so if you have to go there, I wouldn't be seen by Dr. Campbell. (Or whatever his name is) My mom was seen by him one time because her eye was swollen shut. He told her that she had staph and practically yelled at her because she kept on putting it off. She came home crying. She even tried to talk to the office manager about how rude he was but she wouldn't listen and again was extremely rude. She went to an eye doctor and he said she didn't even have staph.

The wait time is terrible. One time I had an appointment at 3pm and I wasn't seen by Dr. Berry until all the office staff went home already. That was the longest but every time I go there it is a long wait.

All in all I think it would be wise to rethink going here because this place has caused me nothing but headaches. I think you would get better service going to the Clark Memorial's ER if is you need to be seen right away, that's how bad it is.
