I had absolutely no problems with Dr. Bingamin. Although she mostly looked at her laptop instead of me. I liked that she didn't rush to prescribe me medication. She chose a path of elimination to find the cause of my headaches before treatment.
What I had a HUGE issue with was the front office staff. In my opinion they are very rude and incompetent.
To start, when I arrived no one greeted me for at least 5 mins. However, they did just walk by me several times, until finally someone helped me.
Then, I waited 45 minutes to see the doctor, which I am used to wherever I go so not a real issue to me.
The kicker was, that they submitted my bill incorrectly. And here is where the runaround began. I was told to call so many places, and to come in twice to sort this out (leaving work to do so). Not, only did they try to pawn off my problem to several different places, they were they completely unhelpful, they acted as if I was out of line for questioning a $250 charge that I shouldn't have had. It turned out that they needed to resubmit the paperwork with the correct number on it, and I had to physically come in to have her do it. They never apologized for my troubles and treated me like I was an annoyance. THEN, I moved and needed my files transferred. I was told that I again, had to come in (after I said I moved) to sign a release form. And, I would have to pay for them to transfer the files (which are electronic!) and she didn't know how much it was going to be.
No one ever offered to pay me for my time for all the calls or visits I had to make to fix the billing error they made.
Wouldn't reccommend this office to anyone, due to the hassle you will have to deal with to see one of the doctors there. Not worth it.

Although Dr. Bingaman is not my primary doctor the experiences I have had with her have been great.

I had an allergic reaction and she was on call. We decided I needed to head into the ER since I was having trouble breathing and she stayed on the phone with me the entire time we drove to the ER. She had also called ahead to let them know I was coming so they were ready when I got there. She really went above and beyond.
