Dr Billingsley and her office staff are the BEST!! The one poor rating on this site definitely does not fit this office and Dentist. I have worked in a hospital for over 20yrs and find that there are some people who come into a business looking to cause trouble, whether it be a medical office, restaurant or department store. Nothing will ever be right. What I'm trying to say is, don't let the opinion of one keep you from this dentist.
She is not only one of the best, most knowledgeable dentist I have seen, but she is also the most caring, respected and compassionate dentist. Absolutely the last dentist who would do something distrustful.
Most people do not like going to see a dentist, but the minute I sit in the chair in her office I'm no longer anxious and wonder why it took me so long to go.

I saw Dr. Billingsley recently for any emergency...they saw me the day I called and were able to treat my tooth with a crack. They were able to bond the front tooth and I was able to go back to work the same day. I could not even smile with the crack in the front of my mouth. This is an awesome office and I would recommend it to anyone!

I would recommend Dr. B and her staff to any of my family and friends. Dr. B has always been willing to help me, even when I located out of state.

I decided to write this review, because I have never been to a dentists office like Dr Billingsley. My last experience with a gentleman dentist was a nightmare and I wrote dentists out of my life for the past year. Then, don't you know it, I broke my tooth. My friend suggested I see Dr Billingsley, she said "Go, you won't be sorry" Knowing the tooth would eventually give me grief, I went. I was not looking forward to it, but from the minute I walked in the door, I was welcomed. Then when I saw all the smiling faces of the ladies that work for her, I felt more at ease. When Dr Billingsley came to check my tooth, she was very gentle and asked if I had any pain or sensitivity. They documented a few other teeth that required attention and suggested I get my teeth cleaned on the next visit so they could check all my teeth. She told me she would then work on a treatment plan to get my teeth fixed and explained the importance of oral health. Oh, and they also told me of different ways I could pay my bill so I do not have to worry about that.
I actually look forward to going back!!
I tell you....going to Dr Billingsley was the best decision I have made in a long time. It's time to smile again.

It is obvious that Laura G has no clue what she is talking about. Dr Billingsley and her staff have more than established her practice's reputation. While ratings and remarks that are posted by patients are very popular with new patients, one bad review could put doubt into ones mind as to whether or not to see that particular dentist. But, rest assured, that when you see Dr Billingsley, you will be treated with the utmost respect. Every year, Dr Billingsley opens her practice and offers free dentistry for those that can not afford to have dental work done. When I see the news clip of her on the Channel 12 News, I proudly tell all my friends and family "That's MY Dentist" How many other practices do this ??? None that I know of. If this does not show caring and compassion, I don't know what else will. I suggest you see for yourselves, you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Billingsley is the best dentist I have ever had. She is caring and gentle while exhibiting a great deal of professionalism. The office is very comfortable and the staff is a delight. I would recommend her to everyone I know.

I went to Dr. Billingsley to get an implant and came out with a filling. We never discussed the price or safety of this procedure and I didn't know until it was over that I was getting it. When I asked after the fact what just happened, Dr. Billingsley became defense and blamed me for not telling her that I didn't want it (I did when it was diagnosed, but that apparently was not documented. I also did not make the appointment for that). She then terminated the dentist/patient relationship. I have filed a complaint with the state board, but feel that all of this could have been avoided had Dr. Billingsley taken responsibility for her error and attempted to fix it. She violated my trust and body. I would NOT recommend her.
