Brandie E. Nemchenko, DC

I went to Dr. Brandie with pain in my tailbone after the delivery of two children. It was getting increasingly painful to the point I could not sit for any period of time, especially in the car. After a couple of months I am almost completely pain free (and we are working on the last little bit). King of Prussia Family Wellness is a wonderful place to be treated. The staff are exceptional and the offices are clean and enjoyable. I was able to take my two kids with me to many appointments without a problem. I would highly recommend their services.

Dr. Brandie is a wonderful women. She is funny, engaging, and very knowledgeable. Between her and Dr. Arthur they have the knowledge to fix all your orthopedic problems.

At every visit she ask me how I'm doing and if there are any new concerns or issues. She talks me through everything she does and tells me why she is doing it and how it might feel. She has always given me the option to not have certain procedures done, but I trust her to do what is best for me and keep me safe, so I always just let her do her thing.

I find the online scheduling system easy to use. When I've needed to call in their front desk staff has been helpful and accommodating.

I would recommend Dr. Brandie to anyone who needs orthopedic/chiropractic care. They also have some great massage therapist.

I first came to Dr. Brandie for a routine adjustment during pregnancy. I was amazed at how comfortable I was during a chiro exam, even with a huge 8-month pregnancy belly! My two-year-old had no problem finding something to occupy herself during the adjustment, either. The staff was great, and they seem to love kids, which I appreciate.

My second visit was to address some post-partum discomfort in tailbone. Dr. Brandie found the painful spot immediately, worked her magic and I haven't had much discomfort with it since! Once again, my three-year-old was content in the exam room. But what I really loved was how tolerant the staff was of my 6-month-old crawling around. I was worried that I was asking to much of my kids to come to a visit, but Dr. Brandie had no trouble adjusting me around my busy baby and inquisitive toddler.

Two years ago I developed a Sports Hernia which is not an ordinary hernia at all - it's actually a traumatic tear or detachment of the abdominal muscle from the bone where it attaches. It's a very difficult injury to diagnose and Dr. Brandie put in triple overtime working with the best MRI imaging specialist in the city to get the right imaging protocoll for me which got me a correct diagnosis immediately. Most with this injury who do not have access to high-level sports doctors wait months, even years, for a correct diagnosis. Dr. Brandie really advocated for me to get the best treatment possible and I am so grateful. Because of the quick diagnosis, I was able to start rehab right away and get back to running quickly. Dr. Brandie cares about her patients and will go the extra mile to make sure they get what they need. She really listens.

I have seen both Drs Brandie and Arthur, and I can't say enough good things about them both. Dr. Brandie helped me throughout the latter part of my pregnancy she helped my pain go from a level 7 down to not noticiable. After my son was born she helped his digestive issues through chiropractic care.
Dr. Arthur I am convinced kept me out of knee surgery by making adjustments to my back and knee. They are amazing to deal with.

After 1.3 years, 3 chiropractors and 1 physical therapist, I finally found Dr. Brandie and she has accomplished more for my healing from a motor vehicle accident than I was beginning to think was possible. Some of my issues were rib related, which the other 3 chiropractors I'd seen previously didn't address and which the physical therapist tried, but couldn't address! Dr. Brandie takes considerable time with me, each time I visit, and is helping me move in a direction of wellness. Her knowledge is very extensive and her bedside manner a joy. I was, in regards to this chronic, shifting pain, at my wit's end by the time I entered Brandie's office. Brandie listened, got to work, and 2 months later, at just 2 times a week, I'm experiencing a drastic reduction in pain and my debilitating headaches have entirely disappeared. I have no doubt I can once again be pain free - SOON. Thank you, Dr. Brandie!

I have been going to Dr. Brandie for several years now and have grown very fond of her, not only as a Chirpopractic Professional, but also as a personal friend who cares and will always offer what's in my best interest. She knows her stuff, and I always feel better when I leave! Their office is cutting edge and has all of the latest equipment and technology - and the staff couldn't be friendlier. You won't have a better experience anywhere else!

Dr. Brandi is amazing and the staff there are super friendly and always makes me feel welcoming and comfortable! They are great at accomodating my busy schedule and always sees me when I need them! I send my husband there as well and he's very happy with the results that Dr. Arthur Nemchenko provides for his back! Wonderful and friendly staff!! Highly recommend!!

I started seeing Dr. Brandie when I was pregnant with my first child. I was desperate to find a chiropractor who was certified in prenatal chiropractic care as I was experiencing a lot of back, hip, neck and leg pain with my pregnancy. Dr. Brandie did not disappoint me, she and her staff made my pregnancy so much more comfortable and enjoyable through chiropractic care and therapeutic massage. I am now pregnant with my second child and see Dr. Brandie regularly, as does my 2 year old daughter. There is no one else I would trust for our chiropractic needs.

I was referred to Dr. Brandie by a friend who had seen her for her pregnancy. I was afraid to see anyone since this was my first baby and had never been to a chiropractor but my back pain was so bad. I was so scared because I couldn't take anything and my doctor said there was nothing they could do!

I was hating life and wasn't able to enjoy being pregnant.

Dr. Brandie has to be the warmest person I ever met. She told me that she wouldn't do anything I wasn't comfortable with and explained things in terms that were easy to understand.

There were no x-rays and she explained that chiropractic and massage therapy were totally safe and showed me pillows that she and the massage therapists she has use so that I could lay comfortably on my belly.

The treatment was gentle and that day I was able to sit in a hard chair and take walks with my husband again. I saw her up until the day before I delivered and had an amazing birth.

I owe her a lot because what started out as an incredibly painful pregnancy - was actually enjoyable and not bad! I've referred a lot of my friends to her and they love her, too!

Although I work here now, I was a patient since 2005. I had an MVA for which I needed treatment. I knew nothing of this practice and took a chance. The team is very knowledgable and also caring. They made me want to come back for subsequent treatments. When my treatments finally ended, them caring for me didn't. Five years later, i now work for and with them.

I was new to chiropractic care and found Dr. Brandie through use of the masseuse in her office. She is now my "go to" doc for many issues and has helped me turn from illness recovery to wellness. She works with my regular physician and comes up with a treatment plan that works for me. I trust her and recommend her to anyone who will listen.

Dr. Brandie is an extremely caring Physician. When you are in pain she truly understands and takes all the time that you need. She makes you feel like you are part of a family and that she is there to help in anyway. She always fixes everything so I am up and running in no time.
