BRIGHTER DENTAL CARE (PRINCETON)

I must say I was a little nervous about going to the dentist because mine retired so this was a whole new ball game. Dr. Singer was so kind and put me at ease right away.
He is very informative and really takes care in giving each patient what they need on an individual basis. Besides having a nice personality, he was very precise in his work. His staff is so nice and was always asking if I was ok during the procedure. I had two teeth pulled this morning and I can honestly say it was one of the easiest dentist visits I have ever had.

I had a toothache and avoid the dentist at all cost, but from the minute you call to make an appointment they are so nice and professional. I get heart palpitations just walking in a dentist office, but from the front desk staff all the way to the dentists everyone was so caring and did not make me feel like a baby. They just listened and addressed every one of my concerns. I ended up needing an extraction with a bridge and a deep cleaning and I made it through with the help from some very nice staff members. The Dr also called me the next day himself to see how I was feeling. They have a patient for life.

My family and I have been going to Brighter Dental Care for the last 7 years. We have had nothing but good experiences. Because of that, we go consistently and stay on top of our dental health. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The hygienists are professional and kind. I can also honestly say that Dr. Singer and staff are the best dentists that I have ever had in my life. I don't feel nervous before an appointment because they are gentle and highly skilled. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Even my kids have never had a bad dental experience and therefore have never complained about going to the dentist regularly - and that says a lot!

I came to Brighter Dental Care for a second opinion after being told I had a gum infection requiring an immediate $6,000 surgery (and yes, that was AFTER factoring in my dental insurance). Not knowing any better, I was all ready to fork over a few months rent and go through a painful and invasive treatment. Thank god I came to Dr. Singer. After performing the same tests as the other periodontist, he concluded that all I needed was a good cleaning. My gums are now completely healthy, and me and my bank account are incredibly grateful.

The entire staff is personable, down to earth, and very knowledgeable. Every experience I've had there has been completely comfortable and enjoyable. Did I just say going to the periodontist is enjoyable? Whatever, it is! For the first time in my life I do not get anxiety about going to get my teeth cleaned or looked at. If you have any fears about going to the dentist or periodontist, go to Brighter Dental Care. You will not regret it!

I was concerned about visiting a new dental practice since I had been with the same dentist for many years. I have to say how impressed I was with this office, all the equipment and up to date technology was impressive. I was not aware of all the advances there have been in dentistry. The doctor was also very attentive to my concerns, and was very gentle during treatment. Wonderful!

Brighter Dental Care??s service is without a doubt, one of the best dental experiences you will have in New Jersey! The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, and the offices are immaculate.

I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Singer. The work he has done on me has been top notch! Over the years, I have referred plenty of friends and coworkers and they have never said anything but great things about their experience there.

I must say the experience at Brighter Dental Care is so worth it. I was very afraid of the dentist and the work they had to do but Brighter Dental made it so easy for me. Dr. Singer is the best and he did a great job with me. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and hospitable. I can most definitely say this is a place I will be coming back to for all my dental needs. You will never regret your experience there. They will take very good care of you.

Brighter Dental Care rocks! This dental facility is very clean and they keep everything up to date. I just got my braces off, and I can't thank Dr. Salvatore enough. My teeth look great, and I can smile with confidence =D (like this emoticon right here). You can tell she's a great dentist because she actually cares about her patients. She'll take that extra step to ensure that you're comfortable and pleased with her procedures.

This is the best and friendliest dental office you can ever imagine. Everyone is professional while being friendly and reassuring. I love Dr. Singer and his staff and appreciate all the fine work they have done for me over the past 3 years. I have my teeth cleaned religiously every 6 months and once a year have my teeth whitened. They are dazzling.

BEST ROOT CANAL EVER! Strange title right? But, its true! I have had three root canals. The first two were performed at other dentists and were as painful after as they were before! My third, however, was performed at Brighter Dental Care and it was performed beautiful! My roots were very, very small and what should have been tedious seemed like a cinch for the dentist!! I did not feel any pain during and did not need ANY pain medication after the procedure. Within 24 hrs I was eating on that side of my mouth without discomfort! Amazing!!

Super friendly staff, Dr. Singer is great, they gave me tons of information about what was going on with my teeth and it was honestly one of the best dentist experiences that I have ever had.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

For the fearful, they go slow and are patient when it's needed, they explain everything they're doing, they use methods to make the cleaning both go faster and hurt less, and if you experience any sensitivity or pain they switch approaches to ensure that the whole thing is as comfortable as possible.

Nice, pleasant people; clean, calm office.

I can't recommend Dr. Singer enough. Super-nice guy, took an actual interest in me as a person, and what a refreshing change from the many dentists who try to sell you unnecessary procedures that aren't covered by insurance. I also enjoyed talking with all of the hygienists who are always very helpful with ways I could be doing better for my teeth - in a friendly, guiding and non-judgmental way.

Definitely recommended.

I've been going to Brighter Dental Care for a little under a year now (I'll have to come back and give another amazing review once I hit my dental anniversary with the office!), and they are so wonderful. I've had nothing but amazing experiences with every member of the staff. They are so kind and sweet and really put you at ease-- whether you're in for a cleaning or for major work.

I know that when I was choosing a dentist, I felt like I was picking blindly and I was really nervous. Luckily, I had a friend recommend me to Dr. Singer-- and thank goodness. I don't have the time or the courage to shop around with dentists and risk and unpleasant experience.

I love these dentists! My daughters-they are teens who feel nothing but sincerity from these doctors. I don??t hear one complaint about anything when they come back from a check-up! Wish I had found these doctors years ago so that I wouldn??t have had to hear any complaining. I found the office clean and the staff exceptionally nice! Such a rarity in some offices! Doctors are kind and explain what they will do to treat your condition and why! I will recommend these dentists to all who ask if I know of a good dentist!

Dr. Singer rocks! I'd definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a dentist with fine skills, attentive bedside manner, a lot of experience and willingness to explain through every step of the procedure with patience.

I had a deep cavity close to the roots in my molar and was extremely nervous about it. I must have grilled Dr. Singer with a million questions, and he answered every one of them with thoroughness. I was leaning towards having a root canal in case a crown doesn't work. But Dr. Singer insisted on a more conservative treatment with a crown and reassured me that it will be fine based on his experience with past patients. I'm so glad that I took his advice, as the crown is now working fantastically, and the whole procedure was painless and trauma-free.

I was referred to Brighter Dental Care by a coworker, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The office is new and clean, with top-of-the-line equipment. I love that you can watch TV while you get your teeth cleaned.

Dr. Singer is extremely pleasant, and takes the time to explain everything to you, including the options you have for treatment. Also, I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes in the waiting room.

If you are not a fan of dentists (like me), you should definitely check out Brighter Dental!

I am a DMO patient and it is very difficult finding a GOOD dentist that takes DMO patients and when I found Brighter Dental I was happy but a little skeptical due to my last experience with a practice that had high praises and who I thought was good at first and then I started having a few issues and both the staff and doctor there developed attitudes. When I finally went to my first appointment with Dr. Singer I was very happy with the staff and the doctor himself but still a little skeptical but let me tell you, I have been nothing but VERY HAPPY with them all! The staff is very friendly and helpful.! I can??t say enough about Dr. Singer, he is a very attentive and truly listens to you and advises you but never pushes anything on you. He really cares about his patients! I am so happy that I took the leap of faith and found Dr. Singer! I know this will be a long time relationship! Whenever I hear someone talking that they need to find a dentist I without hesitation recommend him!

I've been a patient of Brighter Dental Care??s for over a year now and what a dramatic difference from my past dentist! Dr. Singer and his staff are always super friendly and professional. The office is amazing, all state of the art equipment, modern and super clean.

Dr. Singer and his team are always focused on making sure I'm very comfortable and my visits have been the best visits to the dental office that I've ever had. I also really like that he never tries to "upsell" me on extra procedures.

I started going here in 2008 upon recommendation from my sister-in-law. Even though it takes us an hour to get here from home, I don't plan on changing my dentist anytime soon. These guys are too good.

The facility is good-sized and I am always well-attended to, even in the lobby. The bathroom is very nice too - smells good and very clean. The first time I went, they sat me down on a rather comfortable dental chair and handed me a remote control. So while I was getting my teeth cleaned, I was able to watch the game I thought I would be missing.
All the dentists, assistants and front desk staff that I have encountered here have been very friendly and accommodating. The dentists also took time to get to know us and were very gentle on our mouths. It seems like the entire staff really strives for excellent customer service.

I give them 5-stars only because I can??t give them any more, and recommend Brighter Dental to all of my coworkers and friends.

A coworker referred me to Dr. Singer at Brighter Dental Care. He is probably one of the best dentists in New Jersey. I usually switch dentists every year due to the unsatisfactory services but I'm glad I've found Dr. Singer. Many people usually choose Dr. Singer, but Dr. Smith-Briggs is great too, she is a perfectionist, and very gentle. They not only take good care of your teeth, they also take the time to explain every procedure and aftercare instructions. I'm definitely staying with this dental practice.

The people at Brighter Dental take care of you, and they do it with enthusiasm! Whenever I walk in the office they never fail to greet me with a warm and welcoming hello! The different doctors here are all very professional and friendly as well. I don't look forward to going to the dentist but I do look forward to interacting with some of the staff here.

My family and I have searched for years for a good dentist office that made us feel comfortable. We finally found it with Brighter Dental Care. Not only does the office perform excellent work, but the hygienists are extremely friendly. At every visit it is like I'm part of their family talking about what has been new for the past 6 months and always making me feel comfortable. There is never a day where you are not greeted with friendly faces, always in a pleasant mood. It comes across as if you've just entered into someone??s home. The girls are like one big family. My family and I have been patients of Brighter Dental Care for about 8 years now and it has been the best move we have made. With exceptional dental work and an incredible environment it??s a winning formula you simply cannot go wrong.

They were very easy to schedule. When i got there for my appointment, there was very short wait time. They were very clear in their explanations and the staff was very nice. The whole office was very clean and spotless.

This is a terrible office with horrible people at the front desk. They called me to offer me an earlier appointment than the one that i was scheduled for. I said that I would call them right back as soon as i checked with my husband that he could watch the kids. I called them back less than 2 minutes later to tell them that i would take the appointment and they told me it had already been filled. Who does that? How can you call a patient and offer them an appointment, and say that it's ok for them to get back to you in 2 minutes and then continue to give the appointment to someone else? They do not have any idea how treat people with any respect or professionalism.

On top of that, I had another issue with them. They told me that they do not see or treat children under the age of 5; when I called to ask them to give me a referral for a pediatric dentist for my 2 and a half year old, they told me that she has to come in to get it so that they can charge the insurance company. When I said that they told me that they do not see children under the age of 5, the lady at the front desk told me that my 2 and half year old daughter still has to come in even though the doctor can't treat her. They refused to be flexible for a small child who is terrified of the doctor and who the doctor won't even be able to treat at all. They are a terrible office and I would suggest going anywhere else!

I found Brighter Dental via the power of the web and boy am I glad I did! They don't try and sell you anything, totally professional. I used to need Novocain for a periodontal cleaning. But they are so good so gentle I no longer make that request.

I??d like to tell you a story about my experience with Brighter Dental Care. Years before I started going to Brighter Dental, I had a crown put on my front tooth and had experienced no further problems. As fate would have it, I was out on a first date with a girl I really wanted to get to know better when I bit down on a piece of food and off popped the crown. You want to talk about an embarrassing moment and some bad timing. The next day I called Brighter Dental and they brought me in first thing. I met with the doctor and he evaluated the situation. Due to the small amount of tooth remaining, he developed a plan of action that required root canal, oral surgery and a new crown. Since this was a fairly long process, I needed to have a temporary crown put on and of course it had to come off while they were doing the work. When I told the doctor and his assistants the story of how the crown came off during this first date they took a very personal interest in not having this happen to me again. They made sure the temporary was ??secure? and every time I came back the girls would ask me how I was making out with the new relationship. So did the doctor! It became like the running joke of the office. The surgery and the new crown were eventually finished and I??ve had no problems with it since, but every time I came back for a cleaning or checkup someone would ask me if I was still dating the same girl. Not only did the dentists and the staff at Brighter Dental do a very professional job, they also took a genuine and sincere interest in me and that shined through with each visit. I??m happy to say that I married that girl 3 years later and that we just celebrated our 4th anniversary! Who says that good things don??t happen at the dentist office? Go Brighter Dental.

I cannot recommend this office enough. They are fast yet efficient. They have been so helpful with my dental hygiene these past couple of years. When I go there, I feel at home because all of them take special good care of me. And I trust them totally. In fact, I love to go there.

The Brighter staff and doctors were terrific. Don't read the junk, I guarantee you they are competitors. Between me and my wife, we have four procedures done there over the last four months and I couldn't have been happier. They knew my insurance well, they took great care of us and they called my wife the night of her surgery. I would refer them to anybody.

FAKE REVIEWS!! Any place that needs so many fake reviews is an awful place, and I am not faking my review. I have been here. I don't trust them. And then my friend told me they threatened her with a lawsuit b/c she placed a negative review. They are awful, awful, and I would go ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

I went in for a routine cleaning and exam I have been putting off for years. When the dentist found 2 bad teeth I was actually relieved, thinking that it would be 4 or 5. I went back had the fillings and now I look back and wonder why I procrastinated in the first place it was not a bad experience at all. They were friendly and fast and now I can stop worrying that I was going to neglect my teeth until it was too late.

I recommend Brighter Dental for everyone but if you are worried about going to the dentist because of prior experiences with pain and a less than comfortable environment, your search is over. The staff is amazing-professional, fast but thorough and pleasant. The Dr. is the best- completely dedicated to making sure the care is the best possible, absolutely top notch.

The dentist spent time to answer all of my questions regarding the pros and cons of different treatment plans. He made sure that I had fully understood the various options available to me before we decided on a plan. Now I have a great smile and I'm constantly getting compliments.

My appointment time was spot on, I got my x-rays and it was just a few minutes before the Dr. came in to talk. Lucky for me, after minimal dental visits I still had no cavities or major issues. The Dr. explained a few small chips that I had and the wear on my teeth, probably from grinding my teeth. I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything.
