The staff is changed from good to poor, What happen to the other staff. I notice a change in "COLOR" and the person in the back what is she there for. She don't know what she is doing and has no answers to billing questions what happen to the lady who smiles with the toys we sure miss her. The dr sure took a leave of absent on the staff changes. His lost.

This dentist is horrible! Do not take your babies to this man! I took my 5 year old.daughter there today for her 1st dental visit & he extracted a tooth, she was screaming & kicking the whole time! She was fine during the cleaning & the xrays but once this guy got ahold of her it was over! I took my daughter to him cause he's a "pediatric dentist" so he would be gental, right? WRONG! He has NO compassion u would think he doesn't even like kids! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES

I don't know what happen with the office, I've taken my children to this office for some years now, but the back staff is just horrible now. The tension is noticible, and what happen to all the black staff? Is there some underlaying issues no one wants to talk about. I've heard things but did not want to believe them. Now i see. You could be seen in a timely matter, but now bring a book. The person cleaning teeth seems she not so sure of herself. TOO SLOW

My children had been with dr brill for 6 years and I to tell you the truth like dr brill he was always kind and gentle with my two.My kids liked him and I really hated to leave his office but my kids are the type that need a sedative to get any kind of work on their teeth done like caps, fillings, etc.Dr brill told me they do not need a sedative for this procedure and it was not necessary.Well Who was he to tell me what my kid can and can't handle.I truely do believe my kids would of been fine but on the other hand I did not want to take the chance of tramatizeing them because they liked the dentist and I did not want them to be scard of the dentist. As for the staff they were nice and always kind and seemed to care. The dental staff in the back were nice and very good with the kids.As I said befor I really hated to leave the practice but I had to do what I felt was best for my kids.I am now with Kool smiles and they sedate so all's well ends well......

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! Be lucky IF you make it past the Front Desk. I live in Columbia and would go out of my way to take my children there, for they had gone there for Years. Being a Regular Patient and being asked for my social and my husbands social, was alittle rude considering Our insurance covers 100% and there has never been a Bill issue. Even the Dentist said there was NO need to ask for such information. At any rate, the woman upfront was so Ignorant, she caused a Scene and when i asked to speak to the Dentist, she called the POLICE on me.

I went to Dr Brill as a kid when he was just starting out and loved him. So I took my kids to him and boy what a difference. Staff at front desk and billing are not friendly at all! In fact, mean and nasty is what comes to mind as first thoughts. Dr Brill no longer acts as if he cares, just out to make a buck. I would recommend Dr Richard Klein, he is great and the kids love him. My kids hating going to Dr Brill.

I would NEVER recommend this dentist for your child. He put braces on me while I had only baby teeth, always pulling more teeth! I wore those braces for almost 8 years, double the time most kids did then. With high school events like pictures and proms I would ask every visit,"when can they come off?". He would respond that it was a hurry up and wait game. What that meant is if he took them off he couldn't continue to take my mother's cash upon EVERY visit!! Finally he removed my braces after admitting to pulling two adult molars two years prior, the same ones we had been waiting on to grow in. How professional is that? Don't he read his own x-ray's? My mother sure paid for many to be taken. Now I am in my early thirty's, recently I have paid almost forty thousand dollars to have a nice smile. Many root canals, bridges and caps. Not to mention the pain and suffering all these years. To top it all off my nephew went to see him once while I was still a patient. After that first visit he recommended braces. The kid was only nine, same age I was. Luckily my sister went for a second opinion, braces were not needed. Dr Brill is not even an orthodontist, but I bet you will see many kids come out of his office with braces. It is such a shame what money can do to people.

My children have been going to Dr. Brill for a year now, everytime we are there, he wants to pull out their teeth, putting them through pain they don't need. I don't ever remember as a kid having to get my teeth pulled because of space issues. That is always his recommendation. So, now with wire space maintainers in both of their mouths, we have decided to go to another pediatric dentist. I know that it won't change anything that has already occured, but I just think that his office is only concern the the $$$. Not the actual business of a healthy smile. As for his employees, some of them are nice, some are not. I think if you are working with children, you should have some type of personality. Some of them can be kind of cold. I wish I would have looked at reviews before taking them to him. You learn from experience. Don't make the same mistake I did.

In my opinion, Dr. Brill is one of the best dentists that I have ever taken my children to. My children needed extensive work and Dr. Brill was the only dentist who would attempt to perform some of the work in the office. For that, my children and I are eternally grateful!

As for the front-end staff, I agree with the previous reviewer. The lady up front is not the most pleasant person to deal with. Thank God she is not a reflection of the staff members behind the door.

Dr. Brills choice of front end staff is very disapointing. They are very rude, unpleasant and unprofessional, I have been bringing my child to see dr. Brill for a few years now and i love Dr, Brill as a dentist, however, most of my experiences with his staff have been rather horrible, He had one receptionist in the past, I wont name names, long dark haired girl, who was the best he has ever had, unfortunatley she is no longer there, My advice to dr. brill, seek better front end employees.

I am very impressed with Dr. Brill he is very kind and as gentle as he can be with my son and daughter. The only thing I don't like is that I no longer live close by to get to appointments but I do travel to get to him. Also their new policy about missing appointments I don't like because you never know what may come up and not going to him will really affect the children especially if he's the only dentists they have seen

He only cares about money. That is how I feel. Be careful what he decides or recommends to do for your kids. Sometimes tooth extraction is not necessary but he wants to do it.

Dr. Brill has done excellent work with my three-year-old who needed extensive work that regular dentists declined to tackle due to my child's fear and probable need for general anesthesia. Dr. Brill is so calming and comforting that my child did not need general anesthesia as predicted (only local) and he worked quickly and expertly, saving teeth predicted to be unsalvageable. He also treats my other three children, including one special-needs child, kindly and expertly. I won't even address the point in the previous review about cost - all dentists charge about the same. Maybe the doctor was simply concerned about the previous reviewer's child's dental welfare (?!) - but of course. Dr. Brill cares so much that he was instrumental in seeing that poor children in this state now have dental coverage, whereas previously they did not.

I highly recommend Dr. Brill to everyone and I travel far from my neighborhood to get there - he and his staff are worth the trip!

PROS: kind, calm, easy for kids to trust, expert in his field

Ok there is a reason we nicknamed this man Dr Drill instead of calling him Dr Brill. I truly believe a person could go into his office with a set of false teeth and he'd find a cavity. I took my children who don't have perfect teeth and he worked so long and so hard on them that I refused to go back. He doesn't care that they are children and sensitive. He didn't care how long he hurt them or that he was hurting them. All he seems concerned about it the almighty dollar. I would walk around with no teeth before I ever went to this dentist again. I would tell anyone who asked to never see him.

PROS: None
CONS: Not sensitive, and worried more about $ than patients
