This is not a dentist I would recommend. It took 7 trips just to get a crown placed properly (it fell out twice). They talked me into a full year of cleaning treatments (pay in advance) and then bailed out on the final treatment using a nonsense excuse. I would have gone after them for the money but it just wasn't worth the aggravation. There was one instance where he made me sit for 45 minutes in a very uncomfortable chair while he treated someone else and yelled at his staff. I won't be going back, nor will my wife.

Ive known Dr. Fagen and his team for a long while now. And i can tell you he is a horrible man. Hes a money hungry pothead. He will charge you for things that dont even exist. Hes been fined many times for many different things. He will cancel half his appointment in one day to go and buy drugs, then come back to work stoned. The ONLY good thing about this place is the women he has working for him. They are GREAT people and he takes advantage of them. I have known everybody there now for over a year. And i know them on a personal level so i know exactly what i am talking about. He is a horrible, horrible man. DO NOT GO TO 108 DENTAL!!!

My husband and I had been going to another dentist in town, but the hygienist was too rough so we went on a hunt to find someone else. We stumbled onto 108 Dental group about a year ago. We love Dr. Fagen. He's personable, professional, thorough, and we discovered that much of the previous dental work we'd had done was poorly done. Thank goodness he went in and corrected everything. After my husband's root canal, Dr. Fagen personally called him to make sure he wasn't in any pain. What a great dentist. Highly recommend.

I went to 108 Dental Group after visiting another dentist (Cool Springs Dental on Baker's Bridge Rd, please, Please, PLEASE stay away from those people). The previous dentist (part of a larger chain, of course) decided I had some sort of gum disease and wanted to do an extenstive scaling/root planing which would cost roughly $1300.00. This was all decided without really even speaking to me. The assistant acted like she was not only afraid to touch me, but also afraid to talk to me. So weird. Talk about uncomfortable. Anyway, I realize I am not a doctor, but a person generally knows when they are having serious issues like this "dentist" had talked about. I knew I definitely wanted a second opinion, especially after the warning feeling I had in the pit of my stomach. So I scheduled with 108 Dental Group. After going to 108 Dental Group, I was reassured that I under no circumstances needed anything like the previous dentist. What I did end up doing is having FRIENDLY people talk with me, get to know me and my hygiene, and then dicuss what I needed. We decided on an in depth cleaning only because it had been over a year since I had them cleaned. The hygienist and doctor said there was no sign of anything the previous dentist was out for. Needless to say, I was charged $80.00, instead of $1300.00, while being treated like an adult instead of a red-headed step child. Five stars for honesty and friendly attitudes!

Pros: Friendly staff, Honest medical advice and help, Thinking of the patient, not their pockets!

Cons: A long drive from my house, but well worth it!
