I have been seeing Dr. Malone for several years now. Their care and professionalism have always been first rate. They listen and they explain what is going on. They all work well together to help you manage your issues. I am very glad to be their patient.

I had beent to two pain management clinics. Very bad experiences. I was not thrilled at the though of going to yet another one.
I called the office to make an appointment. The staff was very helpful and caring. I was very impressed. I felt better about going in to see Dr. Malone.
I arrived at the clinic early to get my paper work in. Did not have to wait too long. Met with Molly first. She spoke with me about how I was feeling and exactly what
I was doing for the pain. I felt very comfortable with her. Dr. Malone then came in to talk with me. He seemed very caring and compassionate.
He prescribed some medication that has helped me tremendously. I am myself again. The friendly outgoing loving person that I used to be. My family noticed the change almost immediately.
Dr. Malone is GREAT! I would highly rec. him. If you have pain that is not being managed. See him.

I have been seeing Dr. Malone or one of his associates for several years and I have always been very satisfied with my treatment, either by Dr. Malone, one of the PA's or other staff. I have been going to their south location. I was able to discuss my case and treatment with Dr. Malone on several occasions until he figured out a treatment strategy that worked. In the time that I have been in his care, I have seen several of his Physician Assistants who have always been helpful and friendly. I have never had problems with the staff, and I am grateful for their efficiency and kindness.

Here how it works at Advanced Pain Care. You meet Dr. Malone. The first and last time you will ever speak or see Dr. Malone. He just disappears and the office gets into some serious attitude when you request to see him again. Then you meet with Debra Cole L.P.C who does an "evaluation" on you. Which last about 30 seconds. You will be required to meet with Debra Cole every time you come into the office. After that it is nothing but assistant after assistant. If your into just the dr*gs, by all means this is the place to go. If your looking for medical help and a doctor who cares look else where. My insurance company requested information from them on my treatment and they refused to hand over my records. Making the insurance company very suspicious. They asked for the money back from the doctor. Who in turn tried to collect it from me.

I have seen Dr. Martin in this practice. Last time I went in for my monthly appointment, I was told that the doctor would not see me again, ever. I was told it was Dr. Malone's orders. I did nothing wrong, and the office staff did not know why either. I talked with the office manager and she was very kind and upset because she did not know why I was let go. She just shook her head and said she would get to the bottom of it. She told me she would call me later, but never did. I sent three letter, pleading to know why - one to Dr. Malone, one to Dr. Martin and one to the office manager. None were answered. I sent a records release weeks ago, but none of my records have been sent. Why would the doctor not even want me to have my records so that my new doctor can treat me? Why would they not even tell me why I was fired? Again, I did NOTHING wrong. I have always followed doctor's plan of treatment. I have always been friendly and cordial with doctor and staff. I have always paid cash up front. This has been devastating to me and has caused me loss of sleep, increased pain, and depression.
