.

I took my 3 year old son to this Nat'l Jewish for Kids office hoping to find an answer to his constantly stuffy nose.

Honestly, the only friendly person on the entire staff was the receptionist.
We were led into a room to get my son's vitals. Being only 3, he was terrified of all the strange looking equipment. When he refused the blood pressure cuff and oxygen sensor, the tech became indignant and said "well fine, if the Dr. wants it, we'll just have to come back in" and left in a huff.
After waiting about 10 minutes Dr. Carel came in and immediately dismissed my son by saying "you just sit there, I need to talk to your mommy". My son tried a couple of times to talk to her, and was brushed off at each attempt.
After answering some of the Dr.'s health history questions, I mentioned that we had seen an acupuncturist. Her reply "So, how did that work out for you."
Without writing a novel, this is just a sample of the rudeness I encountered.
We left with my son being upset, and me feeling like he had been treated no better than a lab rat.

How I wish I had called and interviewed this person first. I gave one star because zero wasn't an option.
