First I'll list the pros:
1. Easy to find, clean office.
2. Can access all paperwork online to avoid showing up extremely early to fill out.
Now I'll list the cons:
1. Rude nurse
2. I've been trying to get a simple RX change for over a week now (and still counting) Pharmacy has left messages and I have left messages. I am now out of the medication and no one seems to have the time to return a phone call. By the time the weekend is over it will be more like two weeks. Which in my opion is a bit ridiculous.
3. The office doesn't seem to care much for their patients or other medical professionals.

In conclusion, if you have a serious issue or want a medical office that is caring and efficient do not go here!

Horrible experience with this office. The staff was not friendly, I waited about 40 minutes before being taken back to an examining room where I waited around 20 minutes longer before the doctor came back. The bill for the visit was pricey and it was only a visit to remove a small mole to biopsy. I was told I would not receive a call if the mole wasn't cancerous, so I was alarmed when they did call. They left a message 20 minutes before their closing for the weekend. I had to call them back on Monday where I was put on hold for 30 minutes until I finally was instructed that they would call back. When they did not, I called and found I needed to remove the rest of my mole. A misunderstanding occurred with the dates of my surgery and they were not understanding one bit. After a week of phone tag with the office/billing department I was sent a $265 bill for appointment cancellation. They did not call to inform me of this bill. In fact, I was under the impression that I would be hearing from the billing department once more because that is how the conversation ended--with another "I'll call you back." I would not recommend to anyone.

Doctor was very rude and abrupt. Didn't listen & seemed annoyed when she did. Never did get answers to everything. Froze several pre-cancerous areas till I had tears in my eyes. Biopsys were decided to be cancerous, but I had a hard time trusting them because of the attitude of the entire office and the way the phone call went when they called to inform me. Also prescribed a medication to put on my face to peel skin to remove pre-cancerous areas. It wasn't until I paid for it & picked it up that I found out what it really involved - which was extreme pain & redness for 3 weeks. Horrible experience.

I also should have done my research before selecting Dr. Carol Foulds. Carol Foulds does not care the least bit about her patients. She made my daughter cry on several occasions because of her acne. Additionally, Carol Foulds will always make you wait over and hour for every appointment. If you are ever late then you will be charged $50 for not being on time. All Midwest Dermatology cares about is charging as many office visits as possible. Absolutely do not use this place if you are concerned about skin cancer.
