I am a huge fan of Dr. Aitcheson. She is a caring, attentive and involved physician.
I see her for rheumatology but am tempted to see her for general medicine as well. Her office is in a good sized building and parking is not a problem (but does require a fee). Getting the initial appointment proved a wait - not surprising for a specialist. However follow up appointments have been easily organized.
She has x-ray and a draw station on site so no wandering about when additional tests are needed.
Billing can be a bit of a problem- apparently there are different codes for the specialty so watch your EOB to make sure the claim is processed right. However the office was extremely helpful through 3 errors- of my own insurance company's fault. Francis was patient and worked with me to get the mistakes cleared up!
