Dr Hu's office staff is totally incompetent. I gave them my correct phone number 4 times, yet they continue to call the wrong one. I had to leave 3 messages for the doc before someone called me back. I requested records and they only sent partial records.

Dr Hu sent me to an epilepsy specialist because she wasn't sure about making a diagnosis. I paid $400 out of pocket to see him and she did not send me with the correct paperwork for him to review so he couldn't make any judgements. Awful

Sadly, I do not recommend her for a neurologist.

I had a couple appointments with her and the waits to be seen were 1-1.5 hours.

The lobby is very small and during all appointments, many patients were very frustrated by the lack of seating and the waits. A couple people had to wait outdoors.
(This office is shared by two doctors.)

During one appointment I was seated in the exam room with the door cracked open. I heard the doctor complaining to the receptionist about having another patient (me) to see before she could go to lunch.

Well, it is not my fault she was running so far behind with her appointments.

She performed a very, very painful test yet did not tell me I would have pain for many months afterward from the testing.
The pain was in my nerves and directly related to the testing.

I was there for treatment for nerve pain, not to endure more nerve pain.

Medical notes were inaccurate and I had to request they be corrected twice.
