Dr. Walker is good but the office staff is incompetent.

They wrote my credit card number incorrectly then sent my account to a nasty collections agency for their billing mistake and then tried to blame me! The one day I went there the office phones had been out all morning. The desk person wrote down my credit card information because they could not process payments. Two months later I start getting daily recorded messages at home and at work about an "urgent case". I contacted the number only to be told that they were a collections agency working on a $270 bill from Gonzalez Walker and Webb. So I hung up with the nasty collections guy and called the Dr's office only to be told by the office person that they sent my account to a collections agency because she could not run the card I gave them because the credit card number she had written down was wrong. When I asked her why didn't she didn't try to contact me she said "we sent you a bill but it was returned by the post office as having the wrong address" when I asked her what address she had sent the bill to she paused and said that they had removed my address from their system! When I asked her why the collection agency had my home phone number, my office phone number, my cell phone number and my home address she didn't answer. I will never go there for anything again!

I had the WORSE experience with them especially Dr. Webb. and with the exeption of Dr. everson she is the only good doctor working at the wrong firm. The whole staff is locos! they are very rude, ungrateful, careless, and they will make you SICKER than you already are instead. They do not care about your condition they just like to medicate you in order to play with your mind as if you are a puppet. They treated me with great disrespect, rudeness, and as if I am just an obstacle or an ATM machine to them. They overcharge your copay, the male doctors look very OLD in age which probably explains the disrespect toward patients and because they know patients are sick they can play with them like puppets. I spent three hours calling these "sickos" and they kept hanging up the calls, how pathetic of a behavior is that for a "doctor" they probably get their licenses in Peru, then they snuck in the US to try and make everyone else as sick as they are! if you have a concious DO NOT SEE THESE DOCTORS, PLEASE THEY WILL SEND YOU TO THE GRAVE!

I called this office to tell them that my case of depression was SEVERE and critical and I needed to see a doctor right away. I was in a severe depression. Another client of the doctor's also went in person to see him and tell him that my case was critical.

So what did the office do? Made me make an appoinment for about a month later. I went through sheer hell during that waiting period. I couldn't believe that life to this practice meant nothing.

When I went to see the doc, deeply depressed, I asked him how long I had to explain to him what had been going on in terms of my severe depressive symptoms. He looked up at me, gave me a smile, and said "forty-five minutes."

He gave me a quick assessment, gave me a sample pack of meds, and promptly dismissed me. The meds didn't do a thing. I had to wait another two months to see another doctor before I finally got medication that got me out of that horrible black hole.

I won't name the name of this doc, but he did not see or care to see how severe my case was. He didn't ask about my sleep patterns, my ideations, nothing. I felt like a dog in a vet's office--"just take this and see me in a month."

Horrible, horrible experience, and two months of sheer torture trying to get an antidepressant. I thank God that I am fine now. The depression is gone.

By the way, this practice diagnosed me as having depression (duh), but did not give me an antidepressant. That's why I said the meds didn't work.

PROS: Absolutely nothing whatsoever
CONS: Critically depressed people--make an appointment.
