One World Cafe has proven itself exceptionally dependable. I dine there at least twice a week and have had only pleasant experiences. But I would like to see the menu expand (w/ more vegan options).

Pros: Capable kitchen, comfortable environs

Cons: Stagnant menu

You don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy One World Cafe!

The food is excellent!! Make sure you leave room for the vegan desserts. Great neighborhood place to hang out!
Fun, funky atmosphere and not expensive.
I highly recommend this restaurant and bar!

Quite simply the biggest and most varied café-style vegetarian menu I've ever seen. As you might expect, the vibe of the place leans into granola territory - but, thankfully, doesn't fall over the edge.

In addition to hippie standbys like black bean burritos, tofu scramble, and veggie burgers, there's a tempeh Reuben, a BLT with fake bacon, homestyle meals (such as lasagna and mac & cheese), and some more exotic things. Prices are typical (around seven or eight bucks for most sandwiches and other standard fare, and around eleven or twelve for entrees).

I'm used to only having a few vegetarian options at most restaurants, and it's awesome to see a menu with literally scores of them. I have a feeling I'll be going here often.

One World Cafe has a large vegetarian menu and quite a few vegan options, which are marked in their menu. I have enjoyed most of the vegan options I have tried their. Choices range from steamed veggies over rice with tahini sauce, to veggie burgers, to hummus sandwhiches. My favorite is the Thai vegetable & Tempeh Saute. As for service, everyone is friendly, but they don't always remember to bring everything. During my last visit, I had to ask twice for soy milk for my granola. My visit before, my friend and I never received our smoothies, and ended up finishing our meals before our sever came back by so we could tell her. The servers have been friendly when I have asked for the rest of my order, but I shouldn't have to ask!

PROS: Wonderful vegetarian and vegan menu with a lot of options.
CONS: Servers don't always remember to bring your entire order.
