Southwest Orthopaedic Surgery Specialists really know how to treat a patient. The staff are friendly, and the experience is personal. It's hard to find surgeons who try to use nonsurgical methods. If you don't need surgery, they will tell you and offer non-surgical treatment options. If you have a problem with your feet, you should really consider these guys. They treated my injured foot and got me back to walking in minimal time. Ask about their insurance policies, because they don't accept all providers.

Pros: Home like ambience at the office, parking is adequate, service is professional and compassionate.
Cons: Parking may get to be a problem on Wednesdays.
I recently had both of my feet operated on by Dr. Kiarash. Not only is he an incredibly skilled surgeon, but his entire office and support team is phenomenal as well! I have absolutely zero reservations in recommending them highly!
