AWESOME experience for 2 years now. The wait is usually 15-25 minutes, but that is expected with the nature of this business. Kids are unpredictable and you definitely don't want the doctor rushing your kid out to get to another patient. Be happy that she takes her time to evaluate your child! Every staff member welcomes you with a smile! Dr. B even remembers kids names by memory and their activities they are involved in...Very personable service-highly recommend this office.

Love this dentist. I admit, the waiting room is small, and they are only open 3 1/2 days a week, but Dr. Barham is the only dentist there along with the same two teeth cleaning lady's that have been there since the practice opened and we started coming there. My kids gets to see the same girl and Dr. Barham everytime. The wait can be long, but I think it is becuase they only see one child at a time, never two, three or ten like Childrens Denist of Woodstock. You talk about a dental mill. If waiting is a big deal, not for you, but they usually offer me free laughing gas or a gift certificate for lunch if my wait time is over 30 minutes. Now that is customer service!

This is a "dental mill". You can expect to wait a long time as they completely overbook their patients. In the times that my kids went here I had to plan 2 or more hours just to have their teeth cleaned. Also, unless you ask specifically to see the dentist they do not talk to you about your child and their oral care or concerns.

Business Response:

Extremely sorry for your wait Dear Parent, I hate that you feel that our practice is a dental mill. They wait time are longer here at Childrens Dentistry of West Cobb simply put because we only have one dentist and two hygienist. When we started here at CDWC, we decided then that we would like to exist more like a family style dentistry, than pediatric style and that quality would rule over quantity. This means every child gets 30-45 minutes with the hygienist and Dr. Barham only sees one child per 45 mins to 1 hour for dental procedures. THis does mean for long wait times but we have prided ourselves on trying to be sensitive to this issue by offer free services or gift certificates to offset these problems. I apologize deeply if you were not offered these. I actaully was told about your review today by a parent that did post a review and I feel terrible that we had to read your review and did not meet your expectations. I hope you will give our office another opportunity to see your children and make things right.
