The staff was wonderful with my son who was very anxious. They took their time, explained everything and made him feel very comfortable. I liked the fact that the Dr. talked directly to my son and made him feel part of the conversations.

Dr. Reardon concluded that my child has several cavities that need to be filled. Since my child is only 4 years old I decided to seek a second opinion. Two seperate dentists told me that these cavities were unnecessary and work that the doctor did the previous year had to be fixed. My child loves the practice due to the giveaways that patients get after get treated, but we are not going back there.

I was not dissatisfied with Dr. Reardon's dentistry and was happy with the dental hygienists. Her office procedures were horrible, though. It was virtually impossible to make appointments within any reasonable amount of time. My daughter's first dental appointment didn't happen until she was 3 because we had to reschedule twice and each time it was about 6 months until the next available appointment, even though I asked to be put on an on-call list.

My major beef with her, though, was that one time her office personnel insisted that my husband pay the entire cost of the office visit on his way out the door despite the fact that we were covered by 2 insurance policies. Even though our insurance companies told me that she is required to wait until after the insurance portions were processed and paid before billing us the remainder, she refused to give us even a partial refund until we got all of the 3 kids' bills processed by 2 insurance companies each. So, she held almost $500 of our money for well over a month (maybe 2?) even though we didn't owe it to her and asking us to pay up front was admittedly contrary to her own office policy and her contracts with the insurance carriers. After their initial mistake, the people in the office were polite in dealing with me to try to resolve the problem, but were not permitted by Dr. Reardon to refund our money. When I asked to talk with her directly on the phone, she would not come to the phone or return my calls herself. We will not be going back.

My kids have been patients here for 3 years and I have no complaints. Friendly staff, the doctor's run on time, clean, modern & comfortable office. My only complaint, perhaps, would be that you must make your appointments about 4-6 months in advance, so if you ever have to miss an appointment, good luck being seen in the next 4 months.

Parents are not allowed to accompany children if cavities are being filled. For his first filling, it was a scary experience to be alone at age 6.

Our experience with Dr Reardon as a pediatric dentist was good. The problem was that we missed an appointment and received a bill for 50.00 and paid it as the motto of the practice is "that a broken appointment affects everyone." Since then she missed our twins app't. We expected that she would do the ethical thing and agree to the 100.00 for 2 broken appointments. However after discussing this with her....she came up with EVERY reason that she should NOT pay it. We have changed dentists as we question her ethics.....and as for the money....she needs it MUCH more than we do.

A fantastic pediatric dentist. My kid was calm the entire time, the hygienists and Dr. Reardon both took as much time as needed to answer ALL of his questions and talked him through the entire appointment. The office is convenient and comfortable, front desk staff is good at their jobs and the overall experience is very professional. A great choice.
