Dr. Chris Oliver in Herndon Virginia was the worst Chiropractic experience I have ever had. The office was unhelpful, rude and mismanaged. I finally got to see Dr. Oliver after a 20 min wait - which was not too bad...But when I was examined I felt like I was there solely for the bucks he would earn for checking off items on a worksheet. He asked what the problem was and said nothing but that an xray will be taken. Xray taken and then not even five mins later he shakes my hand and says everything looks good. We can do some workup and see how things progress. Meanwhile for the absurd amount of time he spent with me...a total of approx 8 mins left me more than disheartened and I will never return to his office. I was able to see another chiropractor a week late in a different office and he was great. He addressed my problems, spent quite a bit of time getting to know me and my health issues, made thorough recommendations and pointers as well as a complete examination that WASN'T RUSHED!

It's all about money it seems with Dr. Chris Oliver Chiropractic. Get one in, get one out, get one in, get one out. I hope he lives in the lap of luxury at his patients expense. Literally.

Pros: Location

Cons: Highly disorganized and lack of attention to patients needs.

Practically no exam, just standard checkbox form and x-rays, and the x-ray license on the wall was expired. Billed for much higher than I was told the visits would cost. He never seemed to remember me or why I was there, even on back to back days. I was charged for "selfcare management training" for every visit, when all I received was a handout on ergonomics during the "consultation," which lasted about five minutes. The whole setup feels like chiropractry by assembly line. Noone in the office ever remembered my name even though I was coming in three times a week. Finally, I went to a different chiropractor who performed a thorough exam, found the real causes of my problems, gives actual selfcare training, and I am finally finding relief from more problems than hoped for. So I now believe in the field, just not Chris Oliver.
