More about Clark Orthodontics

Dr. Kristin Dumboski Clark was born and raised in North Little Rock, Arkansas. She graduated from Mount Saint Mary Academy in 2001. She attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville from 2001-2005 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Clark was accepted into The University of Tennessee College of Dentistry located in Memphis, Tennessee in 2005. In 2009, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and graduated with high honors. After completion of her dental degree, Dr. Clark continued her education at The University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. In 2011, she completed her Master of Science degree in Orthodontics and also earned her Certificate in Orthodontics. In addition, Dr. Clark became a board certified orthodontist and a member of the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics in 2012. Becoming board certified is optional and takes many years of rigorous training and research. Board certification is the American Association of Orthodontists highest level of achievement, and only a small percentage of orthodontist earns this distinction. An esteemed member of the dental community, Dr. Clark is an active member in many leading dental and orthodontic organizations, including the: American Dental Association, Arkansas State Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Southwest Society of Orthodontists, and Arkansas Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Clark has been married to her dental school sweetheart, Dr. J. Nicholas Clark, for three years. They have two dogs, Sue-E and Porkchop, who entertain them in their free time. Dr. Clark also spends time volunteering for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. This organization is committed to bringing joy to children with life-threatening medical conditions. In addition, both are devoted Arkansas Razorback fans. Kristin and Nick are excited to return home to the North Little Rock area and are looking forward to spending quality time with their families.
