This place is awful! the customer service is horrible. I'm not sure if I spoke with a nurse or receptionist but she was so rude n kept calling me hunny when i'm probably older then her. They NEVER answer their phones to make appointments and if you leave a message like asked they never return your call. I'v never been to a place that was run soooooo poorly! I have already switched my Dr and would recommend doing the same if your not willing to put up with such incompetence.

I arrived with my 2 year old 20 minutes early for my first prenatal visit only to find no less than 7 signs on the door stating that children are absolutely not allowed in to the clinic for any reason at all, no exceptions. This would have been great information for the staff to tell me when I made my appointment a month ago. Or maybe post on your website so new patients have some clube before they show up. How on earth can a prenatal clinic be such an unwelcome place for children??? After calling someone to come pick up my daughter I was able to make it inside the door. I found the staff to be unfriendly. 70 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I still was not called so I left. 70 minutes after appointment time is unreasonable. I was already uncomfortable with the clinic knowing they perform abortions but was willing to give them a try. After the day I had with them, I switched my prenatal care. Hopefully I will have more luck at the next place.

I went for a termination of pregnancy scheduled an appointment 3 days prior which at that time pulled up their website of fees and discussed with the receptionist on the phone how much the services would be. according to the website its 400 plus 120 if you are o- nowhere on that website does it say that is for surgical terminations only and that medical ones will be an extra $100! i get there n the receptionist tells me $620 and claims it was written on the paper by the lady who spoke with me on the phone which i knew was horse crap because i repeated it 3 times to her. needless to say I walked out and made another appointment with a provider in Raleigh. No empathy no apology for their screw up or anything. ridiculous.

My experience with the Crist Clinic was significantly LESS than stellar. My assigned Dr. (Melanson) had no bedside manner to speak of and went on vacation 3 times during the 9 months of my pregnancy. She chose to take her last vacation during the final 3 weeks of my pregnancy and a Dr. that I met twice delivered my baby. If that's not bad enough, the PA I saw during many of my visits to the clinic glanced at my sugar logs and told me that I was doing "excellent." I received a call from my actual Dr. days later informing me that my blood sugar was so high that I needed to start injecting insulin. After speaking to the office manager on two separate occasions, I was informed that their office has a lot of patients (duh!?) and that "sometimes people slip through the cracks." And that they purposely force their patients to see a different Dr. every time they come in for appointments because they are preparing us for what might arise on the day of delivery. Now, I'm not from outer space or anything, but before I moved here my OB in Florida was there for every visit and he was also there for every visit when he provided prenatal care for my grandmother, my mother, and was also present to deliver my brother.

I went to The Crist clinic when I was pregnant with my fourth child. Having had four pregnancies I pretty much knew what to expect. I was really un happy with this clinic. First I had to remind them to do the blood sugar test on me,they nearly forgot. Then I read about a doctor that worked in the clinic that had a lot ot lawsuites against him. That is not a good sign at all. My Step mom is an ongyn and never had any lawsuites against her.I would stay aways from a clinic that hires a doctor knowing his shady past. For the head doctor to say all doctors have had lawsuites is a lie!

I have been with the Crist Clinic for a little over 6 yrs. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone... The nurse's and all the staff are easy to get along with. They are just so caring.
