This not just a gym. I have never been a an athlete or particularly fit. However, I have been going to Body Construction for a few months and have seen great changes not only in my fitness but in other aspects of my life as well. Roy

All my life I have played various sports and gone to ?the gym?. About 2 months ago I entered Body Construction and that experience has completely changed the way think about training. I use to go to the gym 5 or 6 times a week. Now with Roy I train 3 times a week and have gotten incredible results. The training sessions are never the same and never boring! You will be doing exercises you could not even dream of. The sessions are both physically and mentally rewarding. Roy also gives you a complete nutritional meal plan. If you want the real deal and not some BS gimmicky program then Body Construction is the place. Like Ali said ''Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.''

I feel quite lucky I found Body Construction on a search engine. 2007 has been great so far. I work out 3 times a week with Roy and have seen great results while having a fun time doing it! Over 30 lbs in less then 6 months is a result of Roy and Body Construction. Body Contstruction is not your typical workout. The exercises are challenging and exciting. The other trainers and workout partners are friendly and make you excited to come to your workouts.

This is by far one of the best things I have done for myself and you can do for yourself!

Over 30 lbs in less then 6 months is a result of Roy and Body Construction. Body Contstruction is not your typical workout. The exercises are challenging and exciting. The other trainers and workout partners are friendly and make you excited to come to your workouts.

This is by far one of the best things I have done for myself and you can do for yourself!

Pros: Great atmosphere, experienced trainers, never a dull workout

Cons: Having to buy new clothes after losing 30 lbs!

I began training with Roy, the owner and lead trainer at Body Construction, in March 2007. I have lost 20+ pounds in 90 days and 4 inches off my waist. After my first workout, I thought I was going to die. But, I stuck with it and I'm glad I did.

The place is great. Nice small gym feel with personalized instruction and really nice staff. After a while it begins to feel like "Cheers" and you begin to have a new "family" of trainers who really do care about how you'e doing.

More importantly, I have begun a new journey to a much more healthy lifestyle and my body looks the best it has since I was in my 20's. As a busy entreprenuer who works 60+ hours per week, I can go to Body Construction at lunch 3 times a week and know that Roy is going to kick my butt enough to make a difference - time well spent. Roy, himself , is an inspiration.

Anyone who is seriously looking to get in shape (and not be a baby about it), should try Body Construction.
You won't be disappointed.

Wow, where to start. I've trained at Body Construction 3 times a week for the past year and my body has been completely transformed. I've lost 70 pounds and now have the coveted six pack abs...something I didn't have when I was an 18 year old athlete in school. I train with the owner, Roy Taylor, and he is without a doubt the best trainer I've ever known. I've trained with some of the best trainers in New York and LA, including celebrity trainers and if I'm being honest...they can't hold a candle to this guy. He's just at a level that can only come from 30 years of experience and a complete mastery of his craft. Every workout is a baptism by fire and requires everything I have to get through it...and I LOVE IT! It's the most real and raw experience that I go through and it has given me back my life. What else can I say? Thank you, Roy and Body Construction, thank you, thank you, thank you!!
