This was my first and last experience with this office. My appt. was at 2:30 p.m. I arrived by 2:00 p.m. and had all the necessary paperwork completed by 2:20 p.m. It was approximately 2:50 p.m. before I was brought back to room and had typical vitals taken by a Nurse. I was told the doctor would be in a few minutes. Dr. Zhang finally appeared about 20 minutes later at approximately 3:15 p.m. (45 minutes after my scheduled appt.) He did a very brief exam and told me that he give could me antibiotics, but he did not feel they would help. Why would I want to pay for something that is not going to help. I again explained my symptoms and my utter discomfort and after a long pause, he again said he was going to give a prescription for a antibiotic. I was so frustrated, I told him not to bother and walked out. He did not try and stop me from leaving nor did any of the other staff members. No one from the office has called to determine the problem or my reasoning for leaving.

I realize that you may not always be able to diagnosis a patient, but why prescribe something you have already told them you do not think is going to work. Show some good bedside manner and offer some helpful suggestions as to what might actually work or help.
