I just lucked out and found this office!
I went in for an emergency appointment and was so fortunate to be introduced to the kindest Dentist I have ever met in my life! Dr Olsen and his darling assistant Dawn made me feel so at ease. I had a tooth pulled which was actually pretty easy and I am still going back for more...From the moment I called the office the front office made me feel so special..not just another client. I actually can say I am looking forward to my next visit, and if you knew me thats saing something!

I have had major work performed to include surgeries, implants, and other extensive work. He is concise, his chair side manners are outstanding! His staff is kind and attentive. Any great office you go to has unexpected situations come up. My kids had to be squeezed in for a concern/pain that meant some else had to wait a little longer than usual. He is thorough, which is most important and he listens. I recommend him to all!

I went to Dr. DeLaPaz for some work I needed done and was scheduled with his associate, Dr. Alaniz. I wanted two crowns and a night guard. They did not need to send the crowns out to a lab and therefore I was told it could all be completed in a single appointment. This was not the case. During my visit Dr. Alaniz mentioned how several things kept going wrong. For instance, at one point the crown was suctioned up before it was cemented and a new one had to be made. I was in the office for a very long time and then I didn't even leave with my work completed. I had to return to finish the work at which time I was supposed to receive my night guard. My night guard was not a good fit, which was blamed on the lab and a new one had to be made. The crowns I received look like a cheaper version of the ones made from a lab and even though I suspect the office saves money by not having to pay lab fees, this was not passed on to me. Also, my night guard was very expensive and was nearly the same cost as the crown! Although the new night guard fits well, it took two months to get it. All in all, I am disappointed in this office. The products and service do not make up for the overpriced bill.

This dentist came highly recommended and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences in the past 2+ yrs. The office is state of the art, the dentists are superb and the staff are friendly and very efficient. I have recommended them to several people who now use their services.

As a military family, we move & experience new dentists every 3 years. I can say that we are all VERY pleased w/ Dental Images. My kids were seen & serviced inside of 1 hour! That's right, 3 kids - 1 hour total!!! My kids love the treasure box, and how it looks like a futuristic office there. My visit was EQUALLY great. In & out inside of an hour w/ cleaning (my kids had theirs done too). Efficient, HELPFUL office staff. Dr. Alaniz was very personable & succint at the same time. WTG Dental Images! You've won us over for our stay here. Military family w/ 3 kids in HH, TX.

Still on the fence....The medical staff is very professional and are very friendly, no problems with them. The only complaint is the office personnel. Like another said, they do seem snobbish and they have made errors with my appts. Once, I canceled and told them "I will call when I can reschedule". The following friday, I had a "reminder" for an appt. for the following mon. morn that "I" did NOT make! THEY did. I guess they just figured I would say okay and show up. Next, they gave me a card with a date and time on it for one of my kids. When I called to check on an appt. my other son, I was told the date and time of THAT appt, then asked, "What about the other, we have him down for that time too?" I said, "No, that must be a mistake, I have one of your appt. cards here that states his appt. and it is on a different day and time. They told me that I must be mistaken, because they didn't have him in the computer for that day. I ended up BRINGING the card in to show it to them, just for the point of it, that I wasn't "mistaken". I got a rude response, pretty much just brushed off, and was told, "It's been taken care of." NO apology, nothing, just rudeness. I have always been respectful to them, don't know what the problem is. I continue to go because we have been going for so many years and we like the medical staff. I have had SEVERAL problems like this, I've just found that I just need to always call them to check on my appointments and keep my appt. cards.

I have been a patient at Dental Images for a few years and have now changed dentist for my son to go there as well. My son does not like any dentist I have taken him to so when he said he liked this office, I was so relieved. They have been nothing but friendly and professional from day 1. They are great about getting us in and out quickly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. They have an additional dentist there now who I have seen a couple of times, and he is great! As far as the insurance, I have Tricare/United Concordia and have never had a problem.

I have been a patient at Dental Images for a few years and have now changed dentist for my son to go there as well. My son does not like any dentist I have taken him to so when he said he liked this office, I was so relieved. They have been nothing but friendly and professional from day 1. They are great about getting us in and out quickly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. They have an additional dentist there now who I have seen a couple of times, and he is great! As far as the insurance, I have Tricare/United Concordia and have never had a problem.

Dr. DE La Paz has been my dentist for 12+ years. I have never had anything but good experiences with him and his staff. They are always polite and professional. I did have to wait one time, a little longer than usual (after being given the numbing meds) because of another patient having more work needed than they anticipated. They apologized and kept me updated the entire time and gave me more numbing medication when I told them the first dose was wearing off. Another time I had some pain in what I believed to be an old capped tooth that another dentist had done years prior. Dr. De La Paz did X-rays and examined the tooth thoroughly. He finally told me that he believed the sinus infection that I had (I was on antibiotics) was probably causing the pain and told me my cap looked great and he didn't want to open it up --especially knowing I was on antibiotics for a sinus infection. He said to wait a few days and see if it stopped. A few days later the pain stopped just as he predicted. I felt he could have taken the opportunity to do another cap and get more "money" from me. Also, I have Concordia insurance through KISD and I've never had any trouble with them paying for the services I receive.

Throughout my time as a patient in this office (almost two years), I always had to wait about an hour or longer after my schedule appointment to be seen. Even though I was tempted in several occasions to change Dental Offices, I decided to be patient and continue my treatment with the same doctor. The dental assistants are great people but the receptionist and the dental hygienist are very snobbish. Dr. De La Paz told me, quote on quote -"Concordia don't pay me enough to do the type of work that I done for you" After that incident, I left the office in tears without my dental work completed. I felt humiliated in front of everyone. His dental assistant kept apologizing for the incident, but I couldn't take it and left. I had to go and pay another dentist again to finalize a dental work that took several months to get completed.

I had to go for an unexpected dental visit and I called on a friday and got in on tuesday. Everyone was super nice and friendly. I only had x-rays and an exam done and a schedule for followup but i felt very comfrotable. THe dental office has tv's by each chair so you can watch tv. The only thing I don't like but deal with becuase everyone was wonderful is you dont have private rooms..but the area's are seperated so you still have privacy.

They expect many different types of insurance and are conviently located off the highway near the walmart in harker heights. I was very pleased.
