I went to see this doctor for the first time. I first, waited over an hour. That didn't bother me so much as during my initial checkup, the receptionist walks into the office where I was being examined and rudely told the doctor to stop what he was doing. The receptionist told the doctor that my insurance wasn't matching up and to not waist a lot of time with me. The doctor was nice about the situation and ignored her. After the consultation, I told her to check again because I knew it was good. She sarcastically checked again and guess what....it went through fine. There was no apology for the attitude or anything. She was very unprofessional.

They really do not care about their patients. A phone call was placed 2 days post-op to ask for a refill for pain medication. The patient was told to go into the office, even though the office was closing in less than an hour, and the patient lives over an hour away. The receptionist response was, "tough luck, go to the nearest ER" and she hung up on the patient. When asked for a supervisor on the return call, her reply was that no one else but her was going to be answering the phone, and she hung up again. Real professional right??

Cons: Lack of care for patients. Nastiness of staff.

Their product is extremely poor and they don't care about you after they receive your money. They require all money up front so if their product causes you pain,you just suffer!!
THEY ALSO REFUSE REFUNDS but I am checking with an attorney!!
