Rude office staff. Aggressive billing. Poor quality of communication. Too many calls from office. Dentist unconcerned for patients as people. Not what you expect from someone that works with children.

I am sorry you feel you did not have a positive experience with our office. As the owner of the business I can attest that it is our goal to treat our patients and parents in the best manner possible. We do have all of our parents/guardians read and sign our office policies and billing policies before we begin any examinations or treatment. If this is signed we are under the assumption that our billing practices are understood and accepted by parents and guardians. If families have alerted us of financial difficulties we have done our best to accommodate them with delayed payments or payment plans. We want all of our parents and children to feel comfortable with our practice. In situations where parents are not comfortable with our practice we definitely encourage a second opinion from another practice.
