Please look up the reviews on yahoo. I called and asked them if they took our insurance and they said yes. Well people, all that really means is that they'll file under your insurance but they are not actually in your network. They will tell you anything to get you in; especially if you have insurance. Reagan even told me that insurance is like free money to them. That should've made me run but I was dumb. With the exception of about $400.00 worth of optional work that I wanted, my husband and I are now having to pay them somewhere between 2500-3000 for fillings. Yes, you heard that right. Also, our insurance company said they charged the max on whatever they could and even went over our reimbursement level. Also, whatever they quote you, don't buy it. After our procedures they jacked up the prices for both me and my husband. They also make a copy of your credit card to keep on file and make you pay before the work's even done. I am sick to my stomach over this (not to mention the tooth pain I still have after them working on my teeth and their numerous attempts to correct it). I'm in shock and people need to know how dishonest this business is. On my last visit I even heard one of the techs say that the woman's teeth she just cleaned didn't even need it but the woman didn't need to know that and cha ching. People will refer them b/c they get $100.00 to do so. They also told us of other people who go there so there is no confidentiality there. I don't want anyone to go through what we are. Please please beware.
Edited to add: Dr. Riley convinced me to replace part of my front tooth that I had for 13 years with no problems (part of it is fake b/c it was chipped in an accident). He told me after he was done I would barely even be able to tell the difference between the fake and the real tooth. After he did it, it looked no better and just yesterday, after him only doing it two and a half months ago, part of it broke off so now I have a chipped jagged main front tooth and I have to pay someone new to fix it. His didn't even last three months when the one he replaced lasted 13 years! I'm in a high risk pregnancy and they've caused me so much stress it's unbelievable. Because they haven't been able to get more money out of our insurance they won't even give us our x-rays. I didn't think it could get any worse. ;(
