Everyone was very nice, but my main frustration was the communication. There were several instances where things were misunderstood, even when I had someone else with me at the visits. Information that was explained incorrectly or different between doctors with the surgeries. The most costly was that I was told I would be taking medications through January and be released at the beginning of February. When I was almost out of medication at the end of December, I bought the second month's worth to last through January. A week later, I was told that I could stop some of the medications. Now, being released at eleven weeks, I am left with three to four hundred dollars worth of medicine that I cannot get reimbursed on. Had I known that I would not be needing a month's supply, I would have only purchased a week's worth at a time. It's just that my husband and I have spent a small fortune to have our family and losing hundreds of dollars unnecessarily was frustrating and put a sour note on the end of this process. Like I said, the staff was very kind, but the communication needs to improve.

Dr. Williams was always very helpful and answered all of my questions with clarity. The Sugar Land staff was always responsive and went above and beyond their responsibilities to make sure I was comfortable and informed at all times.
