Would not expect much from this place other than over billing both you and your insurance. And get ready to be treated like a crack head oppose to an actual patient here. Due to my injury, the most comfortable position for me is to lay flat with my knees raised. This relieves pressure from my injury site. I was instructed by my physical therapist to do so as much as possible. During one of my first visits The nurse practitioner in a very disrespectful and derogatory manner demanding I sit up. And I was made fun of each visit thereafter. Simply unbeleivable... The doctor here showed no real interest in my injury and blew me off when I was in dire need of a procedure. They made me feel like an addict oppose to a patient. This combined with my injury has left me Very depressed. With all sincerety and integrity, AVOID... I do not wish this treatment upon anyone!

I have waited up to 2 hours after arriving for an appointment. No one lets you know why or if the doctor is running late. Messages are not returned in a timely manner, if at all. I've had to leave up to five messages, and they always change their minds on who I was to talk to about a matter.

I feel it's turned into a "boutique practice." You have to see his Nurse Practitioner first, whose manner is not welcoming. If she'd explain the process of how things work, maybe you'd understand why she peppers you w/ questions that seem redundant. Then they make you come back for an appointment with the Nurse Prac. and the doctor to discuss the same thing, and discuss whether they can help you or not. Why, I do not know. She should be able to tell you, or review your file with the doctor and let you know.

Then depending on what they decide they can do for you, the insist you see their psychologist. She doesn't return phone calls or follow up either. So it's another round on messages, and up to 2 to 3 months before they call to tell you what, if anything they can do for you.

The doctor barely talks to you with the visit with the Nurse Practitioner, or if you go in for an injection. It feels like an assembly line and I began to doubt that I might have been talked into the fact that the injection would help. They did not. So there go thousands of dollars flying out the door.

When I first was referred to the practice is seemed much more efficient, that was about four years ago. Over time it's become an assembly line.
