Dr. Byrns is the top of his field. He's an expert in sending people to the right places. He's saved two people that I know of so far by referring them to specialists that saved their lives. I love him and my family has been coming to him for 20 plus years. However, the past couple of years his office has gone downhill thanks to the rude and nasty girls that work in the office. When you call to make an appointment with the doctor, you should not be asked in a nasty tone of voice "What's wrong with you?". Like I'm totally disturbing them by being sick or having an emergency that I need my doctor. They are so mean and make it really uncomfortable to deal with them. They'll be laughing and talking with each other and the minute someone is in front of them, or they answer the phone, it's instant nastiness. I don't get it. Two of the girls have been there for many years, too. You'd think they'd be a little nicer to someone you've known for 10 to 15 years, wouldn't you?!?!?
