I like that Dr. Keller remebers who I am. Not just because I have an appointment. But about things out side his office, that I had told him from my last visit.
He has been very professional. I never really liked going to the Dentist. But for me he take the scare from the visits.
I plan to keep seeing Dr Keller for all my dental needs
My positive experience began with the initial phone call to schedule the appointment. The receptionist was courteous and professional and explained that the initial visit would be for evaluation purposes only, and would consist of an oral examination, radiographs and oral evaluation. It was communicated clearly that no cleaning would occur at the initial examination because the Dentist chooses to evaluate and diagnose any underlying conditions prior to the cleaning, which made sense to me.
The office was pleasant, as was the staff. The initial visit was comfortable, as was the return visit for a cleaning. A clean bill of health was received and this happy camper went on her merry way.
