The office staff is my main issue. They are extremely rude, don't seem to know what they're doing, and STINK at common courtesy and customer service. They almost make you ashamed to call the Dr. since they treat you like dirt. This isnt an exaggeration, both times I've called my jaw has literally dropped at the attitudes those women throw out. If you hate people and customer service so much, why are you in the position? Dr needs to clean house, I'm being FORCED to find a new doctor because I can't stand to listen to their lip anymore. Good riddance! I've never been anything but nice to these people and this is how I'm treated. Too many other excellent choices, so skip right by this doctor, the insulting staff isnt worth whatever skills he may have.

I found this Dr from my insurance network. I did some research online and there was some negative comments and a couple of positive reported by his customers. I thought just give a try because I was sick. Then, I called to make an appt. As most of the negative comments said, the front desk girl (Jennifer) is very rude. I said I choose Dr Sicking from the insurance network list, does he take new patient? She reply, "WE CHOOSE OUR PATIENTS, YOU DON'T CHOOSE US". In short, I went there and follow up with a couple more visits afterward. The worst thing is, she DOES NOT know how to bill the insurance. She made a big mess and I end up with paying much more than I should be. And she does not care. The Dr practice is ok...old school. Click this link, see what he did...

Recently moved to Wake Forest. Found Dr. Sicking's info. in insurance provider directory. Called to set up regular check ups for myself and my husband. Female that answered telephone was VERY RUDE! She started out by questioning our prescriptions (none out of the ordinary) and was almost hostile wanting to know why we took our "prescribed" medications. Said she would have to check with the Doctor to see if "HE" was interested in "US" as patients (insurance web site showed he was accepting new patients). Never got a return call. Husband called the next day and same woman was rude to him. Not sure if this doctor knows how rude his staff is, but we won't ever know!
