I have been seeing Dr. Goreman for nearly seven years now. After seeing many neurologists who refused to listen to all my symptoms and blowing me off as if I didn't really know what was going on with my own body, we finally found Dr. Goreman. He listened to everything I had to say and treated the entire problem which was more complicated than basic migraines. Whenever I have issues, he sees me promptly and finds solutions that fit my particular needs. I have referred several friends to him and they all agree. Dr. Goreman is the best! He is thoughtful, patient, and willing to discuss alternate treatments. I can't say enough wonderful things about him.

First visit he assured me that 'we' would find out what was going on. After nerve conduction study and electromyography by his partner, (excellent Dr.), and extensive blood work, during the next visit I was informed that yes, I have nerve damage. He would not answer my questions. He seemed incapable to engage in discussion about what to do for treatment. He seemed disconnected and to be running purely by rote. Unfortunately, the policy in this office is for the patient NOT to be able to choose which Dr. to take their case, or to switch to the other partner.

Aloof and unhelpful; eventually conceded original diagnosis was incorrect and then offered no alternative diagnosis in the face of changing symptoms. Except for the initial appointment, he seemed far more interested in keeping the appt. short than finding out what was causing my symptoms. I was impressed with his partner, however.
