I had an MRI at this office and it was a wonderful experience. I arrived early and was offered coffee and snacks. I was taken soon after and the test was performed by a caring and competent staff. I was in & out within 30 mins. I will definately return and recommend this office to everyone I know. The staff went over and above with every aspect of my study from scheduling to checking out.

I found the people answering the phone to be too busy to really listen. I was quickly transferred to scheduling before I could get out my purpose for calling, and I did not need scheduling. I had to hang up and call back. Then, I called to arrange for a pick up of my films. I was told that I did not drop off my films the last time I picked them up. When I said that I returned them in June when I brought my son in for xrays, they said that if I had dropped them off they would have them because they have a van that goes back and forth several times a day. They treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. It turns out that my films were put in my sons file. When I went in for my mammogram, which my doctor scheduled for me, they refused to do it because it was one month shy of one year since my last one. It didn't matter that I had surgery recently and it was my doctor that was requesting it. The people at Quakerbridge Radiology Assocs. thought that they could make my health care decisions. I will never go back there again!

We care about our patients and we do not ever want anyone to feel this way. Please feel free to call us and you can ask for Rosemary or Holly. In reference to the Mammogram by law we are unable to do a screening mammogram unless it has been one year from the date. If the doctor wrote the script differently and was requesting a diagnostic and insurance approved we would of been able to accomodate you. Again we apologize. sincerely, Quakerbridge Radiology.

I was referred here for the "dreaded mammogram" and while I was not eager to go they made the experience as positive as possible. I recently had to go for a repeat mammogram since they saw something in the original. I was very anxious and nervous about it. The tech was very nice and understanding with me. She took her time and explained everything and went and showed everything to the doctor to make sure it was ok before letting me go and putting me through more tests. They make you feel welcome and have coffee and snacks in the waiting room for you.
