Actually, Dr. Mourning is no longer at The Doctors Clinic. What a loss! This man is my Hero; he saved my life! I had 3-level cervical disk problems; other doctors across the water (Seattle) didn't do anything for me!! It had gotten so bad that I could no longer stand; I'd fallen so much that I'd wrecked both knees for which I've had 3 surgeries and now need a knee replacement.
I saw Dr. Mourning on a Thursday and he did my surgery the following Tuesday. It was like a miracle; I could stand, walk and hold my tea cup without dropping it or spilling my tea everywhere!

He is very intelligent, knowledgeable, skilled, caring, kind and respectful! He explained everything very well to me at a time when I was consumed with agony and not comprehending well; he made sure that I understood what was happening and what he was going to do to "fix" the problem. Dr. Mourning "cleaned out" around the spinal cord minimizing the damage as much as possible. But because of the delay in having the surgery (because of the other doctors' negligence), I have permanent spinal cord damage. I believe that Dr. Mourning saved my life -- I wouldn't have wanted to live as a quadriplegic; living with the damage but being able to function -- to walk, hold a cup, play with my cats, enjoy the beauty of nature -- that is precious; life is precious. He is my Hero.
It really felt like a miracle or fate that after two years of going to doctors, my health & function failing before their eyes, and them doing nothing -- I then met Dr. Mourning. I am forever grateful for Dr. Mourning, his brilliance, his knowledge, his skill, his kind respectful "bedside manner" (not seen much in surgeons) -- and whatever it was that brought him into my life at that critical point.

I was sorry to hear that Dr. Mourning has left this Clinic, but wherever he is now, those folks are very lucky indeed that he is now practicing there!
